Check the piston top hats , I had a right carry on with Audi on vibrating brakes , 7 sets of pads and discs on warranty they found a small stone on the top hat , the top hat sits inside the piston to help cooling but actually has a lip my gravel drive was the suspect ! Worth checking 👍

Was told they wouldn't skim my VXR discs cause the disc was drilled and floating like these so stuck new pads in and like the video they was clear had couple low spots so went canny for 500miles. So good to no in futre it can be done. Thanks lads

I saw that flat spot looked like same size as brake pad.. I been told that if you come to a junction and been braking if you keep the brake pressed it will cause a heat spot .if you have to sit there for a few cars the best thing to do is foot off the pedal and hand brake on.. Pretty sure there same brakes as lambo and audi rs have same or did have same brakes as lambo

Great vid guys r8 same running gear as the gallardo but the r8 is much better built car inside and out cheaper too give it a remap and exhaust still be cheaper than the gallardo and faster plus the gallardo looks dated now to square👎🏼I put a set off r8 discs from Eurocarparts on a gallardo superleggera years ago because they were half the price off Lamborghini ones 😂, great vid and great for anyone with pricey disc 👍🏼👍🏼

Just had my disks skimmed for my Peugeot RCZ R, Alcon disks cost 1.4k from Peugeot and 2k from Alcon themselves, only cost me £75 to skim
