Hollie if you send me the headlights for that truck I will fix them for you for free and make them look like new! Only problem is you'd be without lights for a few days lol. Truck looks so much better with the new tires and lift. Nobody should drive a stock Tacoma.

@@fu9793 Good old fashioned elbow grease. Lots of wet sanding polishing and then either coating in 2k clear or MeGuiars headlight coating. That's all providing they're not internally hazed and crazed. If there is internal damage they're junk.

My buddy that ceramic coats vehicles and planes tried that with my 2005 Outback headlights and they are internally foggy.

done several Taco lifts, one thing I learned was to remove and grease all the alignment cams and bolts , the next guy well love you not to mention it makes adjustment a little easier

Hey Holly! Nice Tacoma! In love the 2nd gen! Don’t ever get rid of it. You will regret it! Ask me how I know…Fortunately my 23 TRD Pro already has that lift (pretty much). Except I don’t have the adjustable shocks😢 or 33’s. But those wheels and tires are FIRE! Hey that Peanut in Pepsi is a Southern thing I learned many moons ago when I worked and Lived at Disney World in Fla. my Scottish mom couldn’t understand it either! Lol.

Taco looks great! 33's? That's what I stuffed under my Jeep WK and made them fit with 2"lift. You have a fine daily driver there that will go almost anywhere! Jeep should make Comanches again.

I love that you took the taco out. Your experiencing the same magic that makes me love my grand cherokee. While it's awesome crawling in my JKU, there something special about making "easy" trails a little more difficult in a smaller rig. It's what makes overlanding in areas like the Ozarks (arkansas) so amazing but sadly overlanding is slowly growing in tire size and losing that magic too 😢

You should polish your headlight plastic clear covers so it gets clear, Better lighting at night time! Nice new shocks you installed. My toyota prius needs front struts and rear shocks but just cant afford it now! Working for uber ride sharing really messed up my little car!

I assume that you drove your Tacoma to Moab. How did it perform on the road with the 33s ? As I am an old man, in my day 31s were considered to be large. I consider 33s to be a large tire.

I love Toyotas, I've had a 94', 22reregular cab, bed, 95' tacoma ext, cab 3.4 Now have 05 tundra sr5 limited access cab 4.7 step side, Wouldn't get a new tundra if it was free, just alot of reliability, Few engineering problems with the brake modulator off the master cylinder, new frame, leaf springs cracked, but the drivetrain and engine are really good, still working with Toyota corporate on the other problems, They'll probably never call me though, sand baggin slackin frog humpers

We had a can of PB Blaster (Rudy actually brought that, I do need to get my own), but only the suspension bolts were rusty. The frame and the majority of the underside is surprisingly rust free for a vehicle we got from New Jersey.

Totally. I did it on my gen 3 taco with 5k miles. I couldn’t believe I had to rely and scratch the truck to pull the bolt out.

But if the alternative is to remove the entire front clip, I bet owners wouldn’t want to pay the additional hours for that! 🤣 I assume most people just don’t know what’s involved 🫣

Yep engineers strike again haveing to bend metal away ro remove a bolt hmm. Your headlights need some TLC must be like driving with candles. Your going to wheel with the mudflaps hanging down and all that plastic up front and while here you have two Jeeps and you are taking a plastic taco out to play hmmmm. I don't like cashews or Pepesi so Poochews seems appropriate. I should imagine it is more relaxing in the Tacoma than Nessie and M/M.
