Great chat and video with some good points raised pal...... As a question to ask "how do I stay calm and not let the self inflicted pressure get to me" I'm terrible at having a good qualifying and a solid start to a final.... But then as the race unfolds I will get more and more worked up and start making mistakes.... Any thoughts from the experts???
