Beautiful home.Upstairs could have a big studio!for painting,crafting,dressmaking.A family room and an office too rather than bedrooms keeping all that out of the main house.Or Have a main bedroom up there,and use the downstairs one for visitors,ie parents.You can do so much with it.Its so nicely laid out.Not bothered not having a tv wall as I prefer a unit anyway..The kitchen with the floor to ceiling cupboard is so neat and tidy.This is one of my favourites so far that you have shown.🥰

Upstairs would be the ultimate sewing studio! Front porch should go out further to create a more inviting home for simple visiting. The wide doors make wheelchair access easy and the stairwells are wider than normal and allow for stair lifts.

the water closet is the weirdest place to put a linen closet, i doubt its meant to be used as that lol because its just doesn't make any sense to use it as one maybe a bathroom cleaner or toilet paper closet but not your sheets and stuff.

The microphone sounds so much better with its fuzzy hat on! It works good like that, don't get rid of them. Great video, great home. For the square footage the home is a little pricey. $240 would be a LOT, $340 is a third of a million dollars. I realize that it's 4 boxes but you can get 2 boxes with the same sq. ft. for half the price. Not trying to knock it, it is very well done but money is money.

Really a nice home. Like the size of the diningroom . I wouldn't want the cabinet in there. I like the wider doors. Especially for the front and back. When trying to get a piece of furniture, Xmas tree. Good size bedrooms. Basement I'd do familyroom bath and storage. Attic maybe a game room. Bath and office.thanks for the tour !

Very nice home both outside & inside!!! Not too open, even if I’d rather the dining room and kitchen areas could be switched, but it wasn’t as bad as some open floor plans. Lots of eating areas at both counters and plus the dining area. Love all of the closets and cabinets throughout. Overall, it was a very desirable home, but a bit pricey when a lot of other things must still be paid for, like land, set up, and finishing off the upstairs and maybe a basement too~ Thanks for showing us this home, Nate😊

I love it. what a beautiful home and a great floorplan. I especially love the upstairs, I have so many different ideas on how I would finish it off. Also, the price for the home isn't too bad either.

Can you flip the living room with the kitchen/morning room so you don't have your TV/stereo/talking on the master bedroom wall... I would also remove the linen closet in the hallway outside of the guest bathroom. That way you can (hopefully) put in a 6' long bathtub in the guest bathroom since there isn't a relaxing bathtub in the master.

Three Bedrooms upstairs but No Bathroom, really! I think one of those bedrooms should become a Bathroom Instead. Love the that Kitchen, it’s a cook’s dream, all that counter space to prepare food. Nice Dining Room & as large as that Living Room is another Dining Area could go there across from Kitchen. Living Room is beautiful but I’d love to see a Fireplace in there & why isn’t that beautiful Staircase in Living Area instead of in the Utility Room? And Upstairs does not have to be Bedrooms it could be a Playroom & Theater Room with Mini Kitchen for Snacks etc… the possibilities are endless. I really love the Large Doors which accommodate wheelchairs & walkers cause we all get old & sometimes have accidents when we’re young. The Master Shower needs a built in Bench with Hand Held Shower Wand. And three Linen Closets is a little much cause two is enough. And I remember Hardcastle and McCormick too, I loved that show & watched it every week, wish they would show reruns of it.

The average West Virginia home value is $166,629. This is way too expensive for the area. For Montana is fine. And I am sure the basement is not included in the quoted price range.
