Finally I see someone on here talking about something besides his dumb self being married and her dating him and throwing off on her ! JM was way off on this one and he had no right to put his hand on her throat and he didn't even ask him about it he just concluded it was an invasion of privacy ??? Like what ? He's in public in a car so he's invading his own privacy then. He could have grabbed that phone without laying a hand on her at all and JM actually just defended his domestic violence actions. I didn't realize a potential domestic violence situation being recorded or put on live was invasion of privacy considering you feel your life might be in danger or he might hurt you period. Screw privacy rights when it comes to domestic violence. I didnt realize that domestic violence situations actually fell under violation of privacy. Oh wait thats because it dont ! If that were the case then you telling somebody or people about a man beating on you would be a violation of privacy. Just because you got a temper does not give you the right to put your hands on anybody. And JM just justified a clear domestic violence that could have turned worse if she had not threatened him with Facebook live because if he thinks people are watching him he acts innocent and like she's the one with the problem. JM needs to go read some law books again cause this is mind blowing to me.

Domestic violence is very serious and some women are afraid to do too much when they are in a DV relationship. And JM justified Domestic violence in this situation talking about some privacy BS and you just don't do that. Is it private when you walk around with balck eyes and bruises all over your neck face and body??? Nope Didnt think so everybody sees it.
@jordanbutler34223 жыл бұрын
It might happen privately but the results aren't private so screw this whole privacy BS. Ive been there and I know what it's like to be cut off from everybody and lay and wonder if he's gonna beat your brains out right now or at what moment its coming and if you will survive the next time it happens and then worry about him going thru on his threats to kill you if you try to leave him because those exact things happen everyday and even for no reason they just flip and kill their partner usually in a divorce or something like that. I got out of it thank God but it took him going to jail for me to literally leave the state with my child and never look back and that SOB still found me , found where I lived , where I worked , even my house number which was unlisted everything and made my life hell.

@@jordanbutler3422in the same time it took her to login to fb, go to the live and start recording all the while driving she could’ve called the police. Especially after being involved with a married man and knowing he wasn’t supportive with you and your 3 kids for years. She stated herself the honeymoon period was only 6months so again accountability comes in, why continue to bring 3 more lives into the world when you’ve been getting disrespected. Now the kids suffer. It’s not like he was a good guy coming into the relationship. The judge wasn’t condoning dv he was stating logical questions. What grown adult in there right mind does that? There is something wrong with the judge in this case…..and he didn’t listen to the plaintiff, she said she didn’t actually have it on Facebook live. She was faking it. This is the problem with liberal judges like him….,he wants to side with the criminal.
@Shebored932 жыл бұрын
I disagree with the judge. If she was actually recording him, it could be used to document his abuse or aggressive behavior towards her as she could've felt threatened. That's not an invasion of his privacy when his behavior was negatively affecting her. I completely disagree with the judge on this. The judge has viewed probably hundreds of videos on this show that displays inappropriate/aggressive or abusive behavior. So I don't understand why the "fake recording" in this case was dismissed for invasion of privacy. So confused. But I hope this woman cut ties with that scrub

Why people don't think it's crazy to date a married person? Like what tells them this is a viable, positive pathway? I don't care if the divorce is pending. It isn't final. This character wasn't even pending divorce and she claims he was still married a year later. Women with trifling boyfriends/spouses always trying to help the neighborhood chic instead of strategizing on how to leave that terrible relationship. I hate when JM gets bias when he hears ONE thing that sets him off, this time it was the phone in her hand while driving. now would he have said the same if she was dialing 9-1-1?
@jccanteen3 жыл бұрын
So according to JM the defendant had the right to do whatever was necessary to stop her from broadcasting that dispute, which she clearly thought was going to escalate and showcase his bad behavior. How is that any different than bystanders recording and broadcasting the police when they suspect malfeasance and misconduct? I know JM has supported the latter... what’s the difference?
@sexyanonymous49623 жыл бұрын
its not illegal to record 12
@lexsi802 жыл бұрын
She stated she was recording for protection. But in the time it took her to go on fb, login, go to the live and press record she could’ve just called the police and at least had a recorded trail of his “abuse” on her. She only recorded him because she thought she could embarrass him. Only to further embarrass herself. He is what he is and he came into the relationship already like that. She continued to see and have children with a married man for years, already knowing he was no good. That says something about her character. JM was basically like don’t bring up domestic abuse now, when you’ve been in it this long and continued to be with this man for years. The difference is she was in some type of relationship with the defendant. She knows the defendant personally. She has kids with the defendant, she continued seeing him while he was legally married and she is suing to get money in return. If you’re a Bystander you are not in relationships to police. If you’re a bystander you do not know the person or people (or police) you are recording. If you’re a bystander and you record you’re doing it from a third party view. If you’re a bystander that means you were going about your day and happen to observe the incident. You’re not a party in the dispute.

Let me say this, married doesn’t mean he was cheating on his wife. There are people that are married but separated and working to end that marriage. I have a good friend whose (now ex) husband contested their divorce for 5 years. She had the right to move on with her life. Also, I think Judge Mathis unintentionally made her feel that it was ok for him to put his hands on her because he thought he was being recorded. I totally disagree!! Plus, he never addressed the money that man took out of her account without her consent. She needs a redo!

Well in the eyes of god its cheating because you are still married.

Girl you ain't never had no honeymoon stage. Why you think you got a man you can send to help a female neighbor? Girl slow as a broke down bus. Lawd I need to start a school and just begin with defining words. Ladies these days have no clue. If she thinks she was in a honeymoon phase in the beginning of sumthin with this character? Whew.. Stealing, married, cheating, broke, assault. Now these are the things she telling. Can you imagine what she is not telling?

No not really but why pull out your phone and go on a app then press live when in that same time you can call the police if it’s so terrifying? At least by you calling and reporting to the police there is a recorded trail for his “abuse”. A person can literally call the police and say nothing but as long as the phone is on they will trace your call and come or pinpoint your location. She said she didn’t even record him. Soo what’s the point? And all the while she was driving.
