As someone who was born into that type of life I agree with you to an extent, but the reality is that at the end of the day you have to make good choices for yourself, regardless of how you feel or how hurt you are. Almost every day I feel pain because of some of the horrible things I’ve been through, but I still have to control myself and make wise choices. and the reality is that things that happened in your childhood aren’t a good excuse to hurt other people. And they aren’t a good excuse for bad behavior unless you truly grew up in an environment where there was no such thing as what was right and wrong behavior, and those situations are not the same.

I tried to explain to him that we (myself and my siblings) all grew up the same way and we need to make the best of life. He continued with the anti-social behavior and now he is in prison. Though childhood trauma is real we can not use it as an excuse to be failures in life. We have to move passed it or else we stop moving all together. Seek therapy and heal. I agree but instead of JM offering her counseling and not allowing her to use all that as an excuse to get out of everything she done to her sister he literally ruled in her favor of money she clearly didn't deserve and he said he understood her actions so he basically told her it was okay to act like that and to keep doing it with his ruling. Its sad. You can't use your childhood as an excuse forever to get out of being held accountable for her actions that are dangerous to those around her. She needs serious help and most of the help she needs is somebody telling her to move on and accept that you are a danger to everybody you're around and that your childhood isn't the way out of it and also somebody smacking some sense into this girl which is coming if she keeps doing people like this with that raunchy attitude she got.

I’m not making excuses for the little sister ; HOWEVER the mother definitely contributed to her neglect and rage , and instead of turning a blind eye they should’ve gotten her help immediately. She is a product of her trauma and environment. She was the black sheep at age 3…. You cannot tell me at the age of 3 she had done something so wrong the maternal grandmother couldn’t take her , yet wanted to take 10 other siblings of hers. My mom went through this , and granted while it went in her favor ( she’s very successful the most successful) she still has abandonment issues and her mother was able to keep all other children except her. It still is a painful as a young girl wants their mother and it makes them have insecurities at a young age; and even can create uncontrollable emotions.

I completely understand the younger sister. While her behavior wasn’t appropriate, I don’t believe the family is just so innocent and it’s her doing all the damage. The family needs therapy and they cannot expect the younger sister to just be okay after being abandoned.

I overstand this situation all too well. It was six of us in a volatile household. Though we shouldn't have endured any of those things we made it out. I thank the Lord every single day because as bad as we had it there were kids who had it worse. Only two out of six chose to live peacefully. Once you're grown no one owes you anything. Some parents deserve grace and I do mean SOME... I understood at a very young age why my mom was the way she was and that's why I forgave her and loved her no matter what. It hurt like hell watching her judged, mistreated, abused, etc and still fight for her moms' love only to never receive it. Life is what we make it so either you want to live happily or live hellish it's all up to you. We gotta get past that "oh I had a rough upbringing so excuse me being trifling" nope doesn't work that way. My condolences does go out to those affected like this. Peace💜

If you’re going to be mad, be mad at the ones who were supposed to raise and protect you. Not your older sister. She had the same circumstances and hardships but chooses to be happy despite her circumstances and overcame her trials. The oldest sister doesn’t blame the world for her pain yet overcomes it. I hope the younger sister stops being so emotionally stunted and finally blossoms into the adult she can be. She’s grown now, and there are no excuses. Work hard, and keep pushing.

At the end of the case the little sister said her big sister will be looking for handouts from somebody else. MA'AM! You moved in with her. You needed her help, but yet you're trying to insinuate that she was using you! Make it make sense🤦♀️

I know the younger sister did not just say her older sister is looking for a handout at the end of the show! Who was homeless and had burned bridges??🤷🏾♀️ I wouldn’t want her to live with me either; she is destructive and have serious anger issues. I hope she gets therapy to heal her wounds, so she can stop taking it out on everyone else.
@moniquechilds1463 жыл бұрын
Just because she was raised alone, doesn't mean she was spoiled. Obviously she wasn't, which explains her anger. That's probably why she wants to know why the maternal grandmother didn't take her too.
@jazzmenjackson61232 жыл бұрын
I would have NEVER let her stay with me. How are you that comfortable destroying others’ personal belongings? At some point in your adult life, you have to do away with the excuses for your poor behavior and bad decisions. Seek help!! No one is going to feel sorry for your destructive behind.

That may be the case & yeah she got dealt a shitty hand in life & her family failed her she could’ve chosen to make life what she wanted instead of always having a victim mentality like the world owes her something. I get she’s jaded but taking it out on everyone around her doesn’t solve anything. She needs therapy to heal & learn to have some accountability on the part she plays in why her life still is the way it is.
@lunamonetmonroe4 жыл бұрын
@D Blake Nah I don’t, I sound like I’m being objective & real. There’s a difference. I’m well aware everyone handles trauma differently. Point is the defendant is a grown ass adult STILL having the mentality that bcuz she’s gone through so much that she can keep blaming her past as to why she keeps making the same bad decisions again & again. That serves no one. Just as with any other area of life if we want to yield good results WE have to put the work in & not have the expectation that we will ever get closure with some things or that the ppl who have wronged us will ever turn around and make things right. WE have to make things right for ourselves point blank period. Did she need more love & guidance as a child? Absolutely. But as a grown adult there comes a point where you have to make the choice to make a change for herself b4 it’s too late & she winds up down the roughest of paths her whole life.

Daquanna needs therapy. She’s beautiful, seems very intelligent but is extremely unpredictable, She needs help mentally and emotionally. I have two older brothers we both have same mom and dad I’m the youngest and the only female out of my two older siblings we all were in Foster Homes I was 3 when I went in and 11 when I got out I remember one time the Case Manager asked if I wanted to be adopted and said that they wanted a little girl they asked me how would I feel leaving my brothers they didn’t want boys I said NO the only good thing I can say about being in the system from MY EXPERIENCE is that I had my two older brothers with me THATS IT all of our Foster Homes and Parents we all suffered every type of abuse one can think of now that I am 43 no kids never married and stay with my oldest brother retired from the military my other older brother jumped off an overpass in California and remains in a nursing home the amount of stuffed psychological pain and emotionally damages is something I still struggle with DAILY yet I am beyond blessed I hope that they all get therapy and most importantly work on the individual inner core work I also hope that this inspires others in the comment section 🙏🏾👍🏾❤️

My synopsis is the younger sister at 3 went to live with her paternal grandmother. The other kids including the older sister went to live with the maternal grandmother. The younger sister has resentment and feels she is left out because of this. I had cousins who my maternal grandmother raised and as a child we knew they were treated differently, but we didn't hold resentment because my mom explained to us what was going. They needed a little more attention and love. Younger Sis is spoiled and she can't get what she wants she damage things, she need mental health therapy and a life coach.
@Blessings225132 жыл бұрын
I just have to point this out. It’s not a pity party. But she clearly stated she didn’t grow up with them. Her grandmother got her. And the maternal grandmother got all the other siblings. So she did not grow up with them. When you grow up with someone. You are more understanding of them and their actions. As opposed to just meeting someone and experiencing their behaviors. I understand why she is the way she is. Not justifying it. Just saying. I don’t like that he dismissed her and her history.
