I think a very similar version of this ghazal, performed ..by Jagjitji, in a Private Mehfi, was uploaded by S Soni ji, quite sometimes back ..... A beautiful ghazal with such endearing lyrics, could melt any heart ! ... Be iraada nazar unse takra gayii..Zindagi mein achaanak bahaar aa gayi.. So beautifully rendered by Jagjitji, in his charismatic style and velvety voice... These couplets sung in his soft and soothing voice , touch the inner core ... Rukh se parda utha, chaand sharma gaya...Zulf bikhri to, kaali ghata chha gayee.. And these words are soul stirring...Maut kyaa cheez hai, main tujhko samjhaaun kya.. Ik musafir tha, raste mein nee.nd aa gayi.. A very unique style of singing of this ghazal, was sounding like a thumri ... Marvelously rendered by JS, with such beautiful variations and harkatein ..Just mesmerizing.!.. This ghazal can be heard umpteeth times, is so fascinating.. Heard before also, but enjoyed as much today even with the same fervor.!..
