ये ऐश-ओ-तरब के मतवाले बे-कार की बातें करते हैं पायल के ग़मों का इल्म नहीं झंकार की बातें करते हैं नाहक़ है हवस के बंदों को नज़्ज़ारा-ए-फ़ितरत का दावा आँखों में नहीं है बेताबी दीदार की बातें करते हैं कहते हैं उन्हीं को दुश्मन-ए-दिल है नाम उन्हीं का नासेह भी वो लोग जो रह कर साहिल पर मंजधार की बातें करते हैं पहुँचे हैं जो अपनी मंज़िल पर उन को तो नहीं कुछ नाज़-ए-सफ़र चलने का जिन्हें मक़्दूर नहीं रफ़्तार की बातें करते हैं

Wah kyaa baat hai. I heart this 3 decades ago in a truncated condition. Thanks for posting such a clearly recorded version. This may just be the most extended gazal Jagjeet ji ever sang.
