If I'm being completely honest, you need to realise that there will always be hate comments on the internet. Don't respond to them, you will never get rid of every hateful comment. When you have a video with 8M views, negativity should be expected. A video with 8M views could be giving to the poor and it would get hate and dislikes. Just completely ignore them. As long as positivity out-weighs negativity, you are doing it right. The overwhelming majority of comments of that video were positive, that's what you should take from it. Hate is irrelevant when you have to go out of your way to find it. You could tell the kids this too, that they need to understand that negativity and being on the internet go hand-in-hand, but not to concentrate on the negativity and only the positivity. Obviously listen to genuine, constructive criticism, but that does tend to come few and far between on the internet. I didn't mean to write paragraphs or come across in a condescending way or anything like that, just some advice from someone who has been on YT for quite a long time. Never take criticism from someone you would go to advice for.
