Be Playful, Be Silly, Have Fun

When we are playful, or silly or are having fun, an inner sense of joy radiants from us, and is shared with others around us. Children embody this sense of playfulness and silliness every day and at some point in our lives we have forgotten this inherent nature that is within all of us. I wish to embody more of my inner child, more of my playfulness, more of my freedom, and I'd love to hear when you feel most playful.

I agree! Play is so important. Trying new things, being crafty with your hands, make believe is all so crucial to our well being. This morning I’ve really enjoyed your videos❤️ I recently bought a play tent for myself because I wanted to experience something new... I’ve made it a habit to do creative things and play regardless of how I’ve grown in years. I don’t want to stop being curious and become ‘old’,but stay young at heart. It feeds me and I become even more creative. I become happier. It makes me wonder what internal dialog do we feed ourselves? Or do we just stop believing in possibility and settle into adulthood thinking, I’m too old for that? Nonsense. We are never ‘too old’ to play. Never stop being curious. Never stop being full of wonder. Always be full of adventure. Hold onto it.

I am so glad I found your channel :) I had an urge to start singing in the middle of town today so I just went along with singing happy songs and I think I cheered a few people up and went into my own world a bit. Love and light to you :)

I like to come up with lyrics and sing to my heart's content and make some silly moves and gestures while in the shower , washing the dishes ,painting or any other activity😂 ....and I was inspired by your hugs I'll be trying it very soon 😊

So glad I found your channel! I've literally made it my goal to play as much as possible because for too long I neglected this part of myself. Every day I wake up and seek out fun. It's not always easy because it goes against my habitual patterns but it brings some great changes to my life. It's awesome that I found this video to tell me I'm on the right track :)

I’m pretty childish, I always like to have fun and play.... but all of my old friends didn’t except that, to them being childish and silly, is apparently called annoying or being immature. I sometimes believed them. Until I met a person she became my new friend and accepted me for who I am, She is now one of the most important things in my life. So if you guys have something like this that your going through. They are not right for you. They don’t know what fun really means! So find some people who except you for who you are and not what they want you to be! ⭐️
