Tarjas first pianoteacher was Tuomas Holopainens mother, she started to play when she was 6 years old, so she have been doing that for years. The male backupsinger is her younger brother Toni Turunen. Bukarest is the capital of Romania. Thank you for this reaction video.❤️✨🤘🏻

This was filmed in my country - Romania 🇷🇴. I love the way she pronounces the name of our capital so accurate - Bucureşti (Bucharest in English) and the way she says "thank you very much" in my mother tongue. I've always appreciated her for coming to countries like mine as often she could, making us feeling great at her performances. I also had the opportunity to meet and talk to her a little bit like 13 years ago. She is so humble, down-to-earth, warm and friendly person. She is no diva at all. She is all about good vibes. Thank you! I am so glad you did this one😊 Tarja actually quite good at playing piano. Also one of the backing singers was her brother, Toni Turunen. Nowadays Tarja writes a lot of the lyrics and music. Usually her guitarist, Alex, only does the guitar riffs for her. And Tarja is really good at writing catchy piano melodies like for example in this one or Love to Hate..... or Until My Last Breath. There is especially one lyric in this song that gets me every time: "It left me terrified to lose all I am living for"

To anyone saying she is a diva? Watch the end of the concert. Hungary, Romania, Poland, and Russia share borders with Ukraine. This filmed before the lockdowns in 2020. Before events heated up. Love that Lady. She too writes and composes music. She also plays drums. Such a talented women. Singing in church age 4. Trained in church music/music theatre style callled LIED singing in German. Fluent in 5 languges 6 if we include musical notatation. She is a rennasaince woman if ever there was one. Trust me if reports are right smart investing means she does not need to do anything to earn money to live. Speculation perhaps but a net worth in the 9 figures would mean she pursues music because its a burning passion not chasing her next meal. Art for Arts sake. Chosing homes wisely helps. And she is loved world wide. I think she is in Minnessota tonight. Before swinging west to NV & CA. Then European festival season. Then central/South American tour. Break for next album and Christmas in Eastern Europe with her new xmas album.

The original song has choirs instead of the piano melody, but as you both said, her playing at the center stage gives the message more clearly. The album version and Mystique Voyage are my two favorite songs from Tarja One curious thing that I noticed about the backup singers, is that both Clementine Delauney in Visions of Atlantis and Chiara Tricarico in Temperance have been bandmates with Michele Guaitoli (VoA). Temperance is an italian symphonic metal band with a lot of influences, from power metal, celtic, pop and electronic and the way they play with each of their 3 lead singers' voices (two guys and one lady) is pretty amazing. Tarja seems to have a great friendship with them.

Thanks for the reaction. Great thoughts again. I like this song the most from the whole concert and it's really very personal to her. She said of her entire album In The Raw that she exposed herself like no other album. Even from the song it can be seen that Tarja has experience with people who tried to control her and she couldn't be herself.

You`ll see her performing alone playing a piano when you react to Oasis from the Rosario theater in Argentina 2012. Oasis is one of my favorite songs by her, she composed it and the melody line is very beautiful.
