Indeed! From experience, I find multi-tasking counterproductive; since it doesn't ensure quality, consistency or sustainability. One can be surprised by how many more tasks they can complete if they do one task at a time. I have also learnt that a day has 24 hours and not 12. We lose so much time in between tasks or movements which we often have a hard time accounting for. Understanding our routine and having a plan goes a long way in maximising our productivity.
