@@COREC1 Hello, friend. The quality from what i understand is whatever you chase or you think you lack and seek from other people to give you. It is different in every person and only you can know that about yourself. I'll give you example with me. I always wanted people to be friendly with me but since childhood almost everyone avoided me. Through the years(I'm 36 now) I've realised it was actually me. I was not the friendly person. I was the arrogant one. I was seeking friendships and relationships with people, just because in my internal misery I was convinced that I deserved the friendship of people, but i was not genuine. I was projecting my thoughts on them and i viewed them as unfriendly and avoidant(which i was). So i just swallowed my ego, my pride and just became a friendly person, no mater what, without seeking any gain of it, ego positions etc. I know it soulds easy and it is but it requires time and effort. I just became "that quality" the quality of openness to other people. This might not be your case, but i'm sure you have something, otherwise you won't be here. So my advice is, whatever your issue is and whatever you want from the world, just give it freely without thinking what you'll gain from it, when you'll get it, how you'll get it and most of all if you'll get it at all. Just express that quality and do it for its own sake and leave the results to a higher power.

Read most of Doc's books. 🙏🏼 Teachings were so simple, yet too complex for the general public, at the same time. I live with the intention of improving my consciousness while constantly acknowledging that this experience of "physicality" is temporary. It's hard sometimes, but still grateful.

I wish Dr Hawkins was still around, almost everything dropped in calibration since truth vs falsehood, cities, states, countries, media, our 'president' is under 200, all the 'mandates' opened the door to allow others to treat each other badly and cause division

I've been wondering about the current overall level of consciousness. Especially since he had mentioned that the us had gone up, then back down, and there were +/- fluctuations. Do you do calibrations yourself? I've never gotten clear results or found anyone good to test with. I did a bit with students after a lecture, that was cool. I also consider what he's said about the overall level of mankind finally going over 200, and the consequences could appear as very chaotic and "disruptive." Ain't that the truth!
