I believe it only applies to the DLC. In the original story the Keeper is another manifestation of Ruvik's psychological issues

The DLC takes place after the main game. It is an experiment in which they try to understand the dynamics of STEM. They learned assumed in the final report, that Ruvik left STEM by using Leslie as a host, and learned that you are able to leave STEM, when you are the last living being in the STEM environment. So, this Boxman is not the same as in the main game.

It's been awhile since I played this, but if I remember correctly you have to get lucky to stun the sadist to his knees and while he's very low on health you can perform that execution move. Hope this helps.

I think i get from this game....in evilwithin everyone is here in the stem for a reason ....someone like executioner & sebastian are there for their daughters ....the whole thing every creature is a good human than before this happened.... Even the ruvic is a good child ...he just want his life back and those memories of spending time with his lovely sister....no one is evil in this game except ruvic's father who torture his son for no reason at all and by which all horror adventure start , ruvic villagers who burn ruvic and his sister for reason at all except of revenge but i dont understand if they want revenge then they kill ruvic's father what they got from burning two innocent childrens who are not involved in his father's injustice so they was ruined two innocent children lifes for no reason at all or on the other hand the administration , the piece of shit bloody government agents are motherfucker assholes who cut it down the brain of ruvic and place it in the core wtf😠.....administration , ruvic's father , villagers are the pure evil...so i m talking about the evilwithin and its dlc ....i m not talking about evilwithin 2...
