Everyone who’s saying it’s a horrible, sad ending, here’s an explanation. The little girl spent her whole life playing with the ghost and everything, but she was too young to actually BELIEVE in it, if you get what I’m saying. She just thought of it as a playmate and nothing else, but as she got older, she grew out of it. Then, the ghost got kind of sad, but he’d been like that for a while, and you can tell because you couldn’t see him surprised or shocked or anything, which means he gradually got more and more depressed and lonely. Finally, the girl sees the paper and remembers what happened, and she recalls a ghost. The reason she could finally see the ghost is because she actually believed in him, causing the ghost enough relief to finally be freed from his home. The reason he couldn’t leave earlier was because he was preoccupied with everything, but then he finally relaxed.

I felt like the gost was her childhood toy..... has she grew up she stop playing n spending time wd toys....hence it disappeared.(we all been through it, wn we are small, we spend alot of time in playing we don't bother bout society n all other staffs has we grow everything got change ) in childhood even small toy brings huge joys fr us but has we grew nothing brings us joy....childhood day are full of innocence, I'm.
