Fire = Infrared and Near-infrared light...Sunset is the SAME THING...these frequencies of light makes the mitochondria VERY happy and BEST of all...make our cellular water a buzzing with joy...Water absorbs best in the Infrared and Near-infrared region of the spectrum.

Loved your 50min talk, it was deeply introspective. Your mediation locations are amazing! If you've got time, I'd recommend taking a look at the Sony A7s3 camera. You've got these gem vistas, would be great to capture the best possible image for these locations. Big supporter of yours 🙏.
