The thing that's been niggling at me since the first vid was why you didn't swap the tyres for road tyres. Even if you're running tubeless you surely could have done that in a time that you'd have saved before you got to Hackney.

Won't be making that mistake again! I have another trip coming up next month - I'll be definitely going to the effort of putting on some narrow tyres.
