Hi Graeme, Great to see you out of the Garage and back out there after all the horendous weather. Learning from you on Ta Outdoors as well as Ta Fishing means we get a double helping of your knowledge. There is nobody else out there that even comes close to yourself and Mikes videos. Ive been looking at loads of other sites as well lately, and honestly guys what an inspiration you are. Been out Fishing myself this week at Anstruther and finished in the evening with the obligatory Fish supper and some Calamari from the Anstruther Fish Bar. What a day i had. Totally knackered when i got home as i had been up 36 hours but it was so worth it. Best Regards As Always, Steve in Fife.

You are a treasure, I like your informative videos, but I wouldn't recommend using this hanger wire, most of them are coated with zinc to prevent rusting and it can come off easily with heating and become toxic. Many thanks for sharing and looking forward for your new videos.

Thank you for this...hello Graham...you are very funny lol...so simple to use a coat hanger wow...and the sound of the surf is fab...I mistakenly saw TA and thought I was coming to Bushcraft but I finally managed to visit...I don't have a clue about fishing but I think I could try this sea fishing...Once went touring Ireland with nine mates... what a holiday and loads of Guinness...when we got to Galway we were to get up early to go sea fishing but only 3 of us managed to get up at 5am and he would not take us out unless we had 5 so we missed out...thank you for a great show on fishing gutting and cooking...I will be watching some more of you...cheers...

In a time before over-fishing and extreme human overpopulation, when we lived alongside the land, and as many indigenous folk still do- keeping all the fish you catch wouldn't be a problem.

Hi. Just discovered this channel been watching your fishing channel for a couple of months now. I am a keen angler with an interest in many things outdoors. I have seen many discussions on using coat hanger wire in cooking over fires. The general rule is to avoid using them as the steel is galvanised and applying it to heat releases toxins from the zinc used in the treatment process. I would of used a wooden spit soaked in water in this situation. Great video otherwise. Atb steve.
@felipesuarezweb6 жыл бұрын
I appreciate the tip, I totally agree. The wooden spit soaked in water seams like a good idea, thanks. Ill try it.

This channel is so good but, even now in 2019 the Brithish accent is so dificult to decifrate that I am almost give in up for sure to triying understand!! Maybe could be funny or easy for englsh' native speakers but I tell you that for the rest of the world this Bretains' accent is like a real nightmare LOL!! And I mean it about nightmares, this pal of the video it's a perfect example, not even auto generated subtitles of googlle can handle it LOL!! Hehe!! Still, thank you to gread and ejoyable vid, TA, your channel are the best!! :))
