Hi guys!👋HEY JUST AN FYI At the beginning of your video when you were talking about Hardie board when you came in through the doors into the bottom of the house, right when you came in through the doors to the left you were talking about the board and that first board I could see light coming through from the top all the way down like a stretch of light coming through which means at a certain angle you can see daylight coming through because the board isn't far enough over or they're not. I don't know but you probably want to make sure there's no light AKA air coming through because that was a lot of daylight I saw coming through your Hardie board. I don't know if you saw that, but if you look at the video you can see real quick. A whole bunch of light coming through on that one side so I don't know if they're going to caulk it or what they do to fill in that Gap Because you said you're going to have air conditioning and if there's little gaps of air / day light 😅 coming through That's going to make your aircon electric very high

Having been in the building trades / inspections industry for 30 years, I am concerned about the way the contractors framed those walls on the bottom floor. No proper headers for doors and windows, and it makes me wonder what else they got wrong. It's kind of scary. Why is it scary? These hollow walls will not kill you even if it fall on you. Only scary thing is the entire house standing on 4 pillars, which have been weakened by making holes in them to attach walls to them. Philippines is place with regular Earthquakes and strong typhoons, so entire first floor could collapse. Thats the scary part, not walls and windows.
