There's no denying how consistently great Beach House has been over the years. But ever since Teen Dream, I've been waiting for an album where they finally break loose and get loud and rock the fuck out. The potential for them to do so has been there for quite some time. And low and behold, here comes 'Lemon Glow' and 'Dive.' If these two singles are an indication of what's to be heard on the rest of 7, we're in for something really special.

In my opinion, the first part is a lot better than the second half. I get what they were going for, but it doesnt quite do what it was designed to do, at least, not to me. And what really spoils the trance state that part tries to develop is spoiled by the abrupt ending.
