Nice photos. Thanks for sharing. Do you use zone focusing when taking pictures at F8?

No, I usually still use AF-C mode. Though, to be honest, I miss more shots than I like because the focus is off. I should just switch to zone focusing.

hello,how do you get those sharpness in the b&w pictures.i'm owning a x100v to but this is next level!

Thank you! I don’t know that I do anything special to make them sharp. I usually shoot at f/8 so everything is in focus, and then do some light editing/sharpening in Lightroom. But, I’ve actually recently taken to using a Black Pro Mist filter to try to soften the photos a bit.

Hello. Excellent shots from a fellow X100v shooter. QQ: Are your images Fuji recipes Jpegs, or RAW files? If RAW, can I ask what you are using to make the RAF to RAW/DNG conversion?
@phorne963 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I don't necessarily do one thing all the time. I have a few recipes from fujixweekly.com saved on my X100V, and as I'm shooting I look at the recipes and choose one. But I always shoot in RAW + JPG. Then I import the photos to Lightroom, and look at the photos. Depending on if I like the JPG or want to edit it more from the RAW, I choose which one to use.

What mode are you shooting in normally? Manual, aperture priority, etc?
