The more I think about this, the less I actually want a new 3D Mario game and the more I want to see returns to stuff like Galaxy or the 3D “series”. Maybe it’s just my preference of games based on the ones I grew up playing, but I tend to enjoy the more linear games myself.

This game probably needs this more than most Nintendo games, sfx included. I don't know if its low bitrate or something, but the audio sounds very compressed.

It has specific EQ for the 3DS speakers. This removes that. And the lower sample rate is automatically making it worse in quality

@@tzgaming_music Yeah I wondered if the EQ might be todo with it as well as sample rate. I guess they may have improved or toned down EQ in other/later games.

About your description, that's what i dislike the most about the 3DS: their streaming files are clearly compromised (and even souds worse than Wii titles which uses the same sample rate!) so remakes like yours are godsend ^^ 👏
