So on the third point of the first match why was the block considered a touch???? They said it HAD to go over, but by my count the point went block, touch, touch. There was no third hit?????

In 4x4 the block counts as a a touch. Are you referring to 42:43? So block was the first touch, dig was the second touch, set was the third touch and the hit was the fourth touch.
