This sand conditioning workout is great if you are an experienced beach volleyball player gradually trying to get your sand legs back or if you want to mix up your workout routine and get your heart rate up. I hope you enjoy it!

I never realize how difficult it is until I see non-beach volleyball players try to do it. I definitely take it for granted...Sand is tough!
