I have been watching your tutorials while I wait for my supplies to arrive and I really appreciate you showing the stitches! Instead of barrelling into a new project I'm going to practice these first. Love your channel and your teaching style! You have an incredibly sense of style.

Hi Stephanie, I have started my bracelet and am loving doing embroidery!! You're right, it is so much fun. I chose an abstract shape for my focal, which was a challenge to bezel, but it worked.🐱 I hope to use bugles, tilas, O beads along with 11s,8s, and crystals. It makes me feel so creative!! I appreciate how you have divided up the segments of this process. Makes it less intimidating. Thank you again!! ~Dena

Some day it would be my hope that you could have kits available from somewhere. Perhaps sponsored from one of the bead suppliers. I don’t live in the US, I have given up trying to locate beads from all different places. A few years ago I could order a small amount of beads and it would come through without duty but for some reason it doesn’t anymore. Combined with the exchange which is 35-40% ordering beads and supplies is on hold for now. I love your colour sense and would love to do more of your projects. Love your channel, personality, professional quality and creativity. 😊

While for the most part, the technique is very “common sense,” it was really helpful to see you do it! I was afraid to move ahead on my own for fear of doing it “wrong” but now I’m more confident in it!! I was also pleasantly surprised to see that you did the same thing as me with keeping the three center beads in blue and the outer beads in pink! Great minds!!! 😊 Thank you again for this helpful video 💜

I have a lot of old blue jeans that i want to make into embroidery bracelets... I just haven't found a workable method yet. Anyone with ideas.
@kathysunshine6994 жыл бұрын
You could try marking out the outline of the length and width,then draw your design,then put the denim with some sizing just sitting on it,(not glued on to the denim) into an embroidery hoop to do your bead work,when finished take out of hoop trim and carry on....I did that but when I took it out of the hoop ,I put right sides together with my backing fabric could be the same denim if you liked.... sewed 3 sides to make it into a little " pillow case" ,inserted my metal cuff into it and then sewed it shut on the short open end .. then I just added seed beads around all edges as a part of the design.... if you do not have a metal cuff blank you could just use a stiff fabric for the back,or a stiff interfacing where the metal cuff would go. ..Good luck!...Also I personally find that the thread does not get "caught" on the hoop as much if you would put your denim on backwards with the right side of the denim showing from what would be the " backside" of the hoop. ...Also if your denim piece is too small to fit the whole hoop securely,just sew the denim on a piece of material big enough to fit the hoop
@kathysunshine6994 жыл бұрын
Oops, after you see the 3 sides of the "pillow case shape, turn it right side out, before inserting cuff blank...( you probably already know to do that,but just in case🥰)
