Hi Clare, It was such a great feeling to get him in my arms again. It took two and a half months from Thailand to Australia. He had to spend 2 months in Kuala Lumpur first before being allowed to enter Australia. The first 15 days there he was in quarantine also. Then he could live with me in an apartment I rented for his required length of stay. Blood tests had to be done throughout that time and sent to the United Kingdom for analysis. I was so glad when it was all over!

Terry Murphy This is such a long process but heart warming result! My dog had passed aways 8 yearly ago. I was planing to take her to Australia to live with me if I decided to settle down here. I wasn’t got the chance to do so, but very delightful to see Jack reunited with his family!

Such a heartwarming video. Our pup is on his way from SF and will undergo quarantine from tomorrow. How much time are you allowed at the facility when picking up your pet? Our pup (Australian cattle dog) has a bigger carrier and will need to be disassembled. Thanks heaps for posting this video. Such a great insight for people with pets having to undergo the mandatory quarantine period.

May I know the airlines that flew Jack from Kuala Lumpur? Was it a cargo flight?

Hi It was Malaysian Airlines. It was not a cargo plane. I was not able to see him arrive in z Melbourne as Austalian quarantine dont allow you to see your dog until quarsntine is completed, He looked healthy and hsppy when i pivked him up after 10 days quarantine

Hi Azimuth. He was in quarantine for 10 days in Melbourne. You are not allowed to visit them during their stay
