Buck best watch that a snapping turtle don't take a chunk out of his tail. AWESOME video. Probably easy for Buck to pass out with his energy gone to mostly trying to stay warm in the cold rain would drain him into needing a nap at his age. He is not getting any younger. The cold and dry is probably more enjoyment to him then wet and cool breeze making for a cold boat ride. Great funny video! Temagami's average high in October average is 58 F

Thanks for the shout out to us trappers and hunters. We spend a pile of money to do what we do and all that money goes right back into the land. Either to hire MNR officers or fish stocking programs, etc. cheers guys and look forward to pt 3.

What’s not to like about this series? Two crazy Canadian Adventures and a dog...in the beautiful Canadian wilderness. Everyone should check out Ted and Jim’s KZbin channels as well.

Hi Ted and Jim. Loved it. Too bad the rain couldn't hold off. The good news is it wasn't snow being that muddy and wet. Today here on the other hand is 96 degrees and tomorrow 110 degrees. Yup, we're having a heat wave. Famous last words--Stay hydrated!

Hey guys! just a note that the KZbin link in the description doesn’t work. It would be a great idea to put the link to the next video in the description of the previous as well so we can find it easily. Been searching for episode three for a bit now and no luck yet. Also the end caps for the next episode aren’t clickable. Just trying to be helpful. Hope that’s ok. Loving the series so far. Great stuff !!! Cheers!

wonder how deep you'd have to dig to connect these guys to that old land surveyor named Alexander Baird ( 1886 surveyor of Grassett township near Iron Bridge and other surveys of the expansion of the north era ) ... being in the wild seems part of their blood - trudat about the trappers but not so much true when you factor in other members of the power players who decided to civilize the savages who have also always respected nature and but were forced to fit into the " British " system of civilization where they could no longer roam these forests freely in their ancient nomadic lifestyle ... you have to read up on the making of the Hudson's Bay Company in order to try to understand that stuff...

You're the ones lighting the forest fires. Use a camp stove. Don't just light fires in the wild lands....EVER!!
