Thank you!!! I’ve been working on big things that haven’t been working out quite like I hoped so I figured I better dive into some of my “regular” experiments to get some videos uploaded! Lots more on the way!

Excellent video! I'm going to look into the MEL Science, since my grandkids recently moved away to another state, and this looks like a fun way to keep them involved in some STEM learning :) Science IS fun!!

Thank you! The MEL Science kits really are neat! My kids and I are going to do another one tomorrow and I am as excited as they are! Take care!

am so excited to share this experiment with my small group of students. I bought some universal indicator on Amazon and I haven’t tried this yet, but I am wondering how many times you can add the acid before it doesn’t work any longer.
@BealsScience8 ай бұрын
You can add acid until it becomes clear and red and then add more milk of magnesia to make it go the other way. You can repeat this back and forth until you run out of acid and/or magnesia! Have fun!

AWESOME!! Thanks so muc😃😃

OH MAN, do I wish I could go back to school, a school just like this. My single biggest regret in my life is getting moved from mainstream school. My life spiralled out of control when I was 13 and it went on and on and on!!!!

I would have been happy to have you at my school!!

@@BealsScience I would LOVE to have a second chance. After I turned 13 my life spiralled out of control. I'll take the seat of any student who doesn't want to learn! Thank you!

I'm doing this lab tomorrow but probably have only 5 mL of universal indicator, can I use that and just use 0.5 Liters of water and 20 mL of milk of magnesia?
@BealsScience5 ай бұрын
You can definitely scale it down to any amount you want.

Yes but only for the parts where you are not heating the materials.

Seeing someone handling chemicals without safety gloves really makes me anxious Really interesting experiment though
@BealsScience3 жыл бұрын
Safety first! But all of these chemicals are safe to handle without the use of gloves. Safety glasses are highly recommended.
