Hi. My name is Cory Sneath. I worked at Great Plains in Ellsworth Ks. That made the grapple for the tractor. I probably pulled all the parts for the robot that made welded it up. Just thought you might like to know.

You know, I've gotten so accustomed to my POV being sitting behind your left shoulder in the cab, and you chatting away while you work, that when you said you didn't feel like burning the brush pile I actually asked you why not right out loud. Oh Lord, maybe more tea would help!! Anyway, thanks for all the fun digging in the mud. You've no idea what a blessing it was for me to find your channel three, nearly four years ago. The way you bring order from chaos is so satisfying.

Good for you Geoff, everyone with acreage needs to have a tractor and attachments - does not matter if its red ,green, blue, or orange, yellow or white. Chris may give you a training bill discount due to the comedy show you are giving him. Glad that Oak Hill Farms has a livestock addition,,,you can still call her Ranger - when she gets older she will 'be ranging'. Good to see Elvis again.

Looks like Geoff has himself a new man toy to play with on thr Bealy Good farm. It should come in handy cleaning up his woods of branches and other debris, diggin' post holes and other holes. Now, as to that grapple on the 220. Those who disapaged it in other posts simply have no clue how handy it can be as Chris proves in this episode. Thanks for the Monday morning entertainment while I'm waiting for my ride to visit my baby sister whose in the hospital Chris. Have a blessed day Sir.

Looks like your influence is rubbing off of Geoff!! 😂. Not to bad a tractor for that size of acreage. 30 hp and some good attachments goes a long ways! The cattle are looking nice. Good weight, even Momma right after calving! She has some good instincts about her and is protective where she needs to be. I had a lot of close calls when we were out in the pastures treating or vaccinating calves. You turn your back and they will get ya! Even the nicest cows can be that way! We had coyotes, wolves & bears (grizzlies & black bears). I lost a few head to the bears over the years, none to coyotes, and maybe a few to wolves,,,, it’s harder to tell with coyotes or wolves due to their efficiency in cleaning up the carcass. The lesser animals unfortunately have to settle for the hocks or tendons at the back,, haha. Life’s hard even as a canine!! I noticed you had the strings in the loose hay on the ground. I would pick those up. We occasionally would get one of our feedlot animals come up lame and invariably it was a slip on concrete causing a cut or a string from a bale that was missed. They cause a cut, or cuts and then those muddy conditions cause an infection and you have an animal with foot rot. You can save em if you get ‘em soon enough. It’s better just not taking your chances. May have not happened yet, but never say never, Eh. I made sure every bale that was dropped had the strings cut. It’s does allow them to waste more hay,,,, you can leave the strings there, but make sure they get picked up after. I say this as friendly advice, I hope you understand. There not my cattle so ultimately it’s your choice. 😊 That was a good sized calf for a heifer!! Must be some spoiled cattle!! It’s a good thing!! See ya in the next video, Eh!

I used one of those tractors and i can say once you get used to the controls, they do a good job. Grant it they aren't the tree removal size but i enjoyed using the one i had for trailer park maintenance and digging ditches for a food court electrical and plumbing. It will remove that stump but with more time than the bigger equipment. Ive picked up a lot of big, not just large but big rocks with a backhoe like that. In my opinion that was a good buy!

Congrats on the new addition to the pasture, Chris! Another mouth to feed but well worth it.. I hope you spent some time with Geoff off camera.
