it temporarily disables the fish so the propeller can chop them into Sushi . Does no one fish the old fashioned way any more ? .lol. I was shocked to catch a 15 inch Bass on a fly in my half acre pond last month i thought they had all died out but he was healthy and apparently hungry . I have a snapping turtle the size of a mini-sub he keeps everything clean and shipshape. Jaime is kinda cute ?

Sir Bealington only has some low angle grass, which Bealy sees best as he is laying down on the job most times. 1 Tequila, 2 Tequila, 3 Tequila, FLOOR, Oh look at all that blurry grass. Bealy Observations: "Oh it looks like someone has a lot of years."....nice walker you got there, want to borrow my wheel chair, you can try my gurney but you'll be too high to see the grass.

Boss Bass is livin' the life. It's as big as Bamabass fish, but half the age. I suspect it's near the dam because that is where the fat head minnows are. They are by far the easiest fish for them to catch and if there were more bass they would've been wiped out long ago. Fat head minnows are starter fish for bass juveniles. BTW, when are you adding more bass? You mentioned a week or so ago that you had a meeting with these biologists what's the stocking plan now, next summer?

Those fish have certainly grown well. Perch here in the UK also have sticky eggs which get transferred on birds' legs.

Between bird transfers and hurricanes almost every native small freshwater fish and amphibian species will eventually make it into the pond. It will probably get mosquito fish soon if they're not already there.

Are there still perch there .I caught a three and a half pounder back in 1968 but then the Perch disease almost wiped them out.

Geoff what is the chance that the bass flowed out of your small pond into the large pond during the big storm you had at the beginning of the year? The bass that you showed look like the ones those people were catching out of the small pond months back. The two ponds are connected.

There are not any bass in the front pond either. Those were catfish they were catching.

Did you add any Bass or Crappie fry to the pond or Hybrid Bluegill they can grow up to 2 to 2 and a half pounds, and Crappie is 2 pounds and a fantastic food source or is the pond just for show

Crappies, along with catfish are the LAST thing you want in a bass pond. They are direct competitors and will out compete bass eventually. They are not recommended to be stocked with bass except in 100+ acre systems.

Geoff I told you you pond would be stocked by the ducks and geese as well as by other water fowls. Also the map looks like you also have runoff from another pond in heavy rain. The ditch that Chris put a culvert coming out of the woods is a overflow ditch out of the neighbors pond Your pond has a nice shape, but the neighbors pond looks to me link a sewage lagoon be that rectangle shape. Soon Geoff you will be having a fish fry. Find you an old crank telephone and make yourself a fishing machine.😂😂😂😂 Won’t be long your pond will be full of lunkers bass!

There’s a pond up there than runs into my duck pond and then the overflow from it ends up in the big pond. So , yes, I expect we’ll be getting various “transplants”. :)
