Hey guys, unrelated to this video and I know you don’t like people asking for reviews without sending a bottle. But i’m in the UK and maybe you could make an exception! I recently got a sample of Darkness 8yo and I liked it and I think i’ll get a bottle. The nose was amazing - really sweet with some light tobacco. And the taste had an interesting really sharp front end that almost instantly dissapears and makes you want more. Plus it had a lovely tobacco taste to it as well. I’v notice you guys haven’t reviewed it from what I can see. Would love to hear your input on it. Dan, England.

I'm not sure if Four Roses yellow label was a cameo not mentioned in the title or searchable, but otherwise I'm pretty sure it hasn't been done. It tends to be my go to regular bottle because of the $20-30 whiskies, it's the only one where I don't get a "movie popcorn with melted butter" note.

I have their other bourbon in the cool bottle shaped like a baseball. I think Rex would appreciate that bottle based on the marketing. But it has that young note. And they didn't really address the baseball reference and significance of Cooperstown at all. But yea it's decent, simple bourbon.
