Sorry but as a fanbase we need to calm down and let Ange do his thing. Was last night awful? Yes. Was Ipswich awful? Yes. But how many of Conte, Mourhino, Nuno and Poch (toward the end) performances were awful? Lots and lots. To me, I feel we are in a similar postion to Arsenal when they brought Arteta on. for 2 years the Arsenal fans berated him and asked for his sacking, and what were they told? Trust the process. Now look at them. Ange has had 3 windows and not even one and a half seasons in charge. He also has to deal with losing the clubs greatest scorer, a ridiculos long list of injuries and a board afraid of spending money. What happens if we sack him? Nobody better is coming and some of the greatest managers in recent years have not done much better. Give him a freaking chance. Every fan expects top results in one or two seasons when the reality is it is just not that easy.

Ange is not the reason we're in 10th currently. A win tomorrow takes us to 5th with one of the best GD leagues wide, it's a tight race. A lot of clubs are playing very well right now, we've had some bad luck eith injuries and letting the match go against palace/Brighton. I believe Ange will take spurs to glory, the mentality of the team is changing for the better, but the players need to buy in all the way and never give up like they seem to do so often.

His system works only if you do this every game: 1. Press as a trio and a unit. 2. When in possession always move forward. 3. Only achievable if they work as team, and team collective responsibility to give every man on the ball 3 outlets. *That means you run into space and demand the ball from teammate in possession*. Every teammate gave the one on the ball 3 options, we will always create forward momentum. Too many not playing as a team, relying on madison or klu to carry the ball. When they been marked out the game, spurs are ineffective and nobody wants the ball middle of the pitch because too much pressure.

In some ways he has been a prophet of his own downfall... When ETH was sacked he said it was inevitable & its down to results. I like Ange...i think he is a good mgr & needs time & better players...but i think all spurs fans know Levy is the curse...he won't invest & it'll be another mgr that gets booted out...
