I love this guy, he hasn't won a trophy yet and I never want to see him go. He is the first Chelsea manager for a long time that actually makes me proud to support the club. As much as I respect mourinho his arrogance and spats were embarrassing. Conte gives a fuck, about everything. Mourinho blamed the refs and attacked the players. Conte takes as much responsibility as he can. We couldn't have found a replacement.

For me Hazard need to be moved to the No 10 position ...He is awful as a winger when we need to go for goals..we need a winger who can cross ball and not holding on the ball and always looking to cut in.. Moses should be use for that position and hazard to No10. he can cause free kicks when holding ball in that position.. Luiz is good when use as a DM or CM..he has the pace and quality passes. pair him with Kante instead of matic..; Conte should go to his normal formation of 3-5-2. Respect to Conte, he is the complete antithesis of Mourinho. He doesn't like to single out players and takes full responsibility for his team. Chelsea have some top players so they will improve, but they've suffered mentally over the past 12 months. Confidence is still low regardless of the new season and manager. We used to question Arsenal's mental strength, but it looks like they've really turned a psychological corner with the addition of new players, revived belief in the manager and positive results.
