For people wondering "why didnt i get rhe skin??" You need another badge for it. After you get the badge, go to lagoons place and go to the real lagoon. He'll teleport you to another place where you can get the brown whitey token.

Above the hedge bush by the vent there is an invisible staircase so start walking at the end of the hedge bush while facing the vent and keep going up the staircase until you run into the wall which it will teleport you there
