I have a two pack of these that are folders, they are decent beater knives that are pretty easy to sharpen.

I've got one of the folders as well. Carry it a lot because if I lose it, I don't really care. While it is easy sharpen, I find that it loses its edge really quickly. If this fixed blade is made with the same steel, it will probably have the same issue: takes and edge but won't hold it.

Except Waffle head hammerhead on the butt end of the knife is encased in plastic, not full tang. If used enough, it will break and shatter. BEWARE.
