Bearcat SC5540 5" PTO chipper shredder

this video show material being processed by the Bearcat PTO chipper shredder. This unit has 36 self sharpening shredder knives and 4 heat treated steel reversible chipper knives. This unit is one of Bearcat's most popular machines due to the performance versus price.
Please note that this was the operator's first time using the machine. the wood going into the chipper would normally be sucked through pretty fast, but he was holding it back and some of the material could have been put into the shredder instead of trying to shove it through the chipper.

Now run some green scrub through it, leafy and wet.

Now try that with a Massey Ferguson 98 providing the power and you won't be able to hear the thickest of branches going through the chipper over the engine screaming, he will want to wear ear protection for sure!

wheres the 5" material. It pain full to even think about paying employees to load that thing with the noise and thru put. waste of money
