Cool video man, fun to see behind the scenes. I’ve got all my beard products in our bathroom closet. I use two large multi level spinning spice racks. Oils go on the bottom level, balms stacked on top. I also have a smaller version of that pull out shelf were I store additional balm. I’ve been of the mindset that if I haven’t used something in a month or two I give it away. Our bathroom storage is limited so I’ve been trying to cut back the space I take up.

Wow, super jealous of how much stuff you have... But then again, I think I would go crazy deciding what to put in my beard the day of... I keep all my products in my bedroom dresser drawers... I have all my oils perfectly snug and organized in one half of the top drawer, the other half are my balms.. Next to the top drawer I keep all my butters and my combs.. Behind the butters and combs are all the thank you cards and stickers from all the companies I’ve bought from.. I love it.. I get out of the shower and throw my gear on and everything I need is right there in my top drawers so it really works.. And I like the fact they have absolutely no light at all and cool temps! Holy beard products, Batman! That looks more like an Etsy shop than a personal collection! Still, it's a great looking collection and I know it's been well-cultivated over time. That big wooden beard comb is beautiful too! Clear, multi-drawer totes are always a great idea, and I agree that doing SOMETHING to keep it all in line cuts down on any external flak from potential haters :) Me personally, I use roughly half of an enclosed bathroom cabinet. No direct light, protection from the volcanic shower temperatures, and after a recent re-arranging, it has some extra space for when the collection eventually expands. Great video as always man!

I bought 4 of those smaller wooden crates from the craft section @ Walmart. Painted them gray and mounted the bottom portion to my bathroom wall. It holds a lot of bottle and cans and you can store stuff on top as well. I think I sent you a pic on instagram before.

Stellar idea for the balm/ butter storage, been racking my on a better solution then having them all piled in a deep drawer. Made my hand feel like "the Claw" in a kids quarter machine.

DCB I took the tin container from the Gentle Vikings sampler that I won a few months back, I put the cover on the bottom of the container and set it inside the top drawer of my dresser. I have just enough space for oils and balms. I also keep an oil, balm, and comb in my drawer at work just in case. Once March gets here I may use my 'me budget' to try a butter.

Amazing collection. The Container Store is good for storage solutions. For presentation I'm not so keen on long shallow shelf. Some modern or traditional (or is your place country)?) glass door wall mounted cabinet is what I'd try to find . Shelf sizes would be the problem, Perhaps to add trays or baskets within. Keep the very best of the best on a small silver tray., or a shiny black and chrome bar tray.

Great storage system! I just had a box under the sink for a long time until I built my first beard shelf. Then a couple months back I built a second beard shelf and made a video about my shelf build. I love having shelves of beard stuff!

Great storage solution, Dan! I have a shelf in the bathroom for oil storage. I found a 3 tier spice rack that allows for 2 rows per shelf, and it’s filling up nicely....so nicely I’m considering moving to another bathroom. I also keep my butters up there. I used to have balms up there, but moved them to a drawer. I’m considering getting some plastic storage like yours for the balms and butters, as I’m having the same problem you were with keeping balms organized. Also am considering having a giveaway/ trade bin. I’m sure we’ve all bought an oil that isn’t what we thought it was. I think if we keep those separate, someone will come to mind that might fit that scent...after all of we’re not going to wear it, someone should. Plus it helps spread the positivity!

Absolutely! With my new setup I have a section of shelf space that is dedicated to oils/balms that I don't care for, wife doesn't like or duplicate scents. I keep this separate to giveaway to friends or family that might like the scent or are just starting out and don't really have much. No point in me keeping something if I'm not going to use it.

Great video, awesome collection. My collection is nothing compared to yours, plus the fact that I started buying products for my beard at the beginning of this year. For now since my collection is very small I use a vanity organizer that I saw on beard times with Scott, actually went out to Target and purchased the same exact one he uses, gets the job done for me. If I ever get my collection up there I’ll definitely be using your ideas for storage. Keep up the great videos brotha. 👌🏼

I love your organization and the logic applied. I keep opened Scotch Porter and Bossman products on a 4-tier wire shelf that hangs from the shower head. It shelf also has hooks for hanging my G-Man beard scrubber and various body scrubbers. The bathroom has no windows to let in light. My combs, brushes, and scissors are kept within easy reach on my two-sink vanity in Kentucky Derby tumblers. My matched scent FreshBeards balms, butters, oils, and waxes are in a drawer between the sinks. I keep less frequently used and resupply products in cabinet just outside the bathroom. The cabinet is made of 4 stacking Chinese boxes with front opening doors. I keep my electric razor, straight razor, additional scissors, hair dryer, and heat brush in a basement bathroom. I do this to only have one room in which to sweep up hair and there is plenty of space for the electrical items.

Your beard storage is awesome. Your collection is massive and I love it. Obviously for the size of your collection and the purpose of your channel, you need a pretty big collection and a lot of space to organize it. I really like what you have done. It looks great. I personally have about 20 oils and balms, 8 butters, 5 co washes, and a couple washes. And quite a bit of tools. I keep the boxes that scotch porter and live bearded send their products in. I have 2 scotch porter boxes and 3 live bearded boxes. I use those for storage in the bathroom. 1 scotch porter has my favorite balms and butters and the other has some of the cool stuff that the companies have sent along with the products (stickers, discount codes, beardbrand notebooks, etc.) One live bearded box has all my oils. Another has extra washes and co washes, and the other has the extra tools that I dont use every day. I like the boxes because it keeps everything together and out of the light. Also keeps it where my kids wont try to get into them. The boxes aren't the fanciest things, but they are pretty sturdy and look alright on the bathroom shelf thing that I have. I have been wanting to try something different, but lack of room for my beard stuff keeps me limited. I live in a smaller place and share the bathroom with my boys so I dont have too many different options, especially in the bathroom. Great video man. Keep up the great work and content.

Mine are all in the closet. I have a larger, 5 draw tote system for my oils, soaps and some balm/butter overflow. I have a shelf for my washes and co-washes. I, too, have the wide, 3 draw tote system for the balms and butters. Mine are stacked up though. I should get a second one as well to have it a little cleaner. Right now I have a shelf made from wine boxes. And shelf container for my Balm. But whenever I move I have a book shelf where I have that I’m gonna use. I have ocd so I organize by style of cap to how many I have of a certain company. I re arrange twice a week 😂

Your shelf setup is beautiful! You should be very proud of that awesome collection. I was first considering using floating shelves but I thought they'd be better kept in the closet. I have 4 spice racks that have 3 tiers and it holds up to 42 bottles or 30 tins. The butters are stacked to the side for so I can find them easier for my night time routine. And lastly, I have all my combs and brushes in the bathroom with my most used products. Thanks for the ideas, I'll definitely need to pick up a drawer for the bathroom

Great ideas and organization. I have a couple of sliding storage draws under my bathroom sink for backup oils/balm /butta’s and a sink top tray for my on deck circle ⭕️. “Butter up!” 😉 I keep my Kent combs on the same tray and my Beard Octane oxhorn comb and oval brush in a Lone Star themed ceramic bowl. I’m a bit of a minimalist when it comes to product and will use up what I currently have before I replenish with fresh product.

I keep my tools, oils, and balms (the ones I am using) in a travel bag. they hide under the sink and are ready to go for daily use or travel. I have 2 other sets of oil and balm in my bedside drawer and that's about it. I get low, I top up. Trying to use the KISS theory.

See, that's exactly my thoughts on new beard companies, No matter how much there are, people still want to try new companies, like vacuum manufacturing companies for example, they're so many different kinds, they all do exactly the same thing, that's why I think it's a good thing, and it's more of a hobby/lifestyle as well, and that's the great thing about it, (I know way of topic) lol I store my less used beard butters and oils in a wine cooler, I can adjust the temp i want, they may be less used but my most favorite and want to save them, last long as possible, for most used i keep them in the cupboard in the bathroom and in my nightstand

Very nice organization. I love the shelves. I have my collection in old medicine cabinet in my bathroom and as you do I use closet. Have it organized with baskets. I have the narrow ones so you can kind of domino them as see the labels. I as well prefer the medal tins. Still trying to perfect that balm holder I talked to you awhile back. I remember you informing us on the "shake to keep activated" process. My oils are kind of in three large groups. I go through the shaking process of a group each weekend. That puts it on a three week rotation.

I have a 2 drawer system. Drawer one is oils lined up. Line 1 is work oils, oils that match a strong balm. Lux , bad dog , jc , untamed. Line 2 is other oils , I don't wear to work but enjoy, ape , octane . Line 3 is oils that I wear at night to pair with a butter Amish , octane , Detroit. Drawer 2 is full of balms in tools . Balm / butter lines sync with the other drawers oils lines. And I rotate left to right so products on the right get used then moved to the far left. So I can cycle them and use them evenly. Still jealous of how nice your setup is.

Looks great Dan C! I especially like the floating shelf look, and with such a large collection -- the idea of staging the oils on stepped-up tiers as they go further back on the shelf is great. I use a single home made curved shelf (made from a wine barrel stave) about 2' long where I keep just my daily use oils and balms in easy reach and on display. For the rest, it's a plastic bin under the sink. Thanks for all the great content!!

Crazy amount of product. Love it! My wife bought me a 2 tier spice rack, it fits 3 rows of oils. 2 oz in back like you. Cuz I was taking up the counter. She said I really need 2 of them. But right now have the overflow in my drawer and in some of the bigger boxes I receive in shipping under the counter. I like the clear cases you got. But the Beard Baron comfort me about storage and shelf life that the products can last you very long up to 4 years or longer when stored right! I keep it in a cabinet drawer in the bathroom ( cool, dark, dry and in little containers

How do you remember where all the scents are located with all those oil bottles? I don’t have much of any products at all right now. The cost adds up so fast. I have them just on the counter for now. I can say I’m pretty jealous off all of your products. Keep up all the hard work Dan C.

@@DanCBearded well I assume most of your products were free. But idk just always felt once you buy more products than a lady might be feminine haha. Golf at. Least makes you active, and the car if classic has value and holds it for years to come. Plus for me I think I like more of a smokey and cologne scents and less fruity/citrus ones. So... That being said only need to have a handful to go with my style.

I am looking into building myself a nice shelf somewhere to display it all on better. Or maybe even buying an oil display from one of the small shops I know of like Bell's. Awesome set up man! I do have a question for ya regarding your brushes and combs (particularly your boar brushes). Do you do anything to keep them clean? I use a boar brush daily and overtime I can smell all of the different oils and balms that I use. Wondering if there is a technique to clean them so there isn’t any oil buildup (besides just water). I don’t believe you have discussed this in any past video, so just thought I would ask. Thanks Sir!

Nope, most quality beard oils will last 2-4 years. If I do not use a product for 1-2 months, I give it away

Great ideas Dan, for me it's a constantly changing system as I get more product's. I keep adding shelves and for the stuff that I don't use as much or just plain don't like I have tubs. Let me ask you guys a question, at what point is too much? I obviously don't have that many friends to give it away to.

This is about my limit. I have my system now. When new comes in, after testing them I either add them to the connection and giveaway something old or I just giveaway that new product

Wow! You have a very impressive collection! My beard stuff is stored in a small wooden container about the size of your “give away” box. Right now it works well for me because I haven’t accumulated a big assortment of beard products. The box is kept in my “man cave” and I pick out what I’m going to use and then return it when I’m done. Can’t leave it in the bathroom, my wife will use it all up on her beard! Okay, I’m only kidding, she doesn’t have a beard… just a mustache! :-o
