These type of buttons have very small press resource comparing to original 3 pin clikers. I have Logitech G602 and middle mouse button uses this round type button. As i do 3D modeling - i use middle button A LOT for camera movement. And this buttons die like every 3-4 months... Please give an update how they been after 5 months now

you now my pain xD ive changed to g604 bcs old g602 mmb not worked well after 4years. now i have 10buttons (scroll has side-to-side programmable buttons too) and i need more two buttons that will be just perfect (total 12)xD so this mmb is so loud that im using two mouse pads on top of each other to make it less load, but noise is still getting to the tabletop and goes louder with it

Can these be installed in the finalmouse starlight? What about the side buttons? Great content.
@Beardedbob2 жыл бұрын
They can in the mains but not in the sides as the SL12 uses a micro side switch so the Kailh Silent are to big

wish I could get mice with these switches by default, kinda a hassle to mod it every time go through a mouse

Nice! But 5m clicks doesn't worth it for me. I wish we could have a better silent switch. This one is the same installed in the new Logitech Mx 3s? 👀

Hi, thank you very much for your video that help me very much. I know you have posted this video there are 2 years ago but I try a question : can you tell me what is the accessory do you use to block the plate before desoldering? It seems to be useful for little components.

How did you orient the scroll wheel middle click correctly? Does the switch work in both directions?
@reallauradee Жыл бұрын
I never knew those can be changed. All my ex did was wedge a tiny piece of paper in the switch but over time the clicking sound came back. I think I can do this myself.

Hello Mr. BeardedBob. I am wondering if this mod can work on the SteelSeries Prime+ mouse? I love the shape and feel of this mouse but the clicks are way too loud for me. Apparently this mouse uses "Optical Magnetic Switches" and I'm not sure if this mod is still doable? Thanks! I am very glad to have found this video.

I replaced the left and right keys of my G305 mouse with silent buttons. Everything was fine, but now the weight of my fingers causes them to press the keys by themselves while using the mouse. I take care not to press the keys and this is tiring.Is there a solution to this?
@Scout339th Жыл бұрын
try to move your fingers rearward a little, that will help a little at least.
