I was a knife sharpener/welder/knife shop in San Antonio. I was a Victorinox dealer but because of various international factors and cost of labor and material the product had two or three price increases per year. It was an unsustainable situation for most cooks/chefs to keep buying that line. A lot of theft in hotels as well pertaining to the kitchen. Lockers being broken into etc. Brazil became a source of cutlery under various Mfg. names. I wish these guys well with all the nut jobs wanting to eliminate beef as a food source. Especially those who push for stupid laws and slap restrictions on beef producers.😢

True but giving them access to additional grains during fattening phase is good as long as you keep pasture available for them to eat as much as they want from. The problem is that cheap corn and other grains are nutrient deficient. Fresh pasture grass has all the nutrients they need. Which makes the meat more nutritious for humans.
