You can use it the next day. Avoid using it on the same day, as onion juice attracts microbes & may lead to an infection.

Can you please tell about the things to avoid after dermarolling, For example on the internet it says to avoid direct and prolonged sun exposure for 10 days and also sweating for 3 days or 72 hours. In summers cap can be used to prevent sun exposure but sweating when outdoors or even indoors sometimes is inevitable. Kindly make another video stating complete routine you follow to avoid any complications from doing any activities such as combing, sweating, etc and the complete post derma roll hygiene

I am also using Man Matters 0.5mm derma roller. This video is very vague and incomplete. Although I have watched his many videos, but he showed how the blade dermaroller creates gaps in the skin, but did not show how a real dermaroller with individual needles does not create gaps in the skin. So i seems that the blade one and individual needles one works the same way. I would recommend not to roll the dermaroller and instead just poke onto scalp to create holes in the skin and not gaps.
