The two chicks are a reference to Escape LA, like mentioned. It just so happens that these chicks find the head. Woman he’s been trying to escape from while in LA along with the drugs, sex, complete debauchery. They embody that. These broken woman, found a broken man (literally) in turn, picking up the pieces (his head) and putting him back together. A broken man, in the hands of woman who have to pick up the pieces and make him whole again (hence the decapitation of the stripper) But he will never be whole again, no matter how many times he’s put back together and torn apart. He will forever remain in the hands of LA(woman) he so desperately wants to get away from. However, he never got the chance. Because by then, well... it was way *TOO LATE*

In "in you're eyes" the girl was scared of the weeknds true self so she cut off his head and felt safe again because it was the surface of the weeknd and not everything else that comes with abel and This video show how more typical girls pick up where the damage is left off and find the weeknd perfect too because who the face is , so they benefit from that side since they want sex , possession plus the fast life and the trophy scene is them being possessive with him not letting him be abel but since these females dont really care about the real Abel they create the "real" abel in there head getting lost in the sexual and relationship fantasies and lose all sight of the real him even more after having sex with him . (Which is why they gave him an ideal body that women would probably fantasize over cause the attraction) The lyrics are much deeper though I think hes referring to God , fate , our souls pain because of life , "the end", and just apologizing for his past and whatever is to come.
