This group might have to change the name. There is a band called Bearfoot from the 70's and 80's. The group was formed by Terry Danko who is the younger brother of Rick Danko of The Band. I think that if they fail to change the name, Terry will have a law suit against them. Since he also recorded music under the name Bearfoot back in the 70's, he'll win any copyright infringments
