This is cool. I spoke with Mark on the phone a couple of days ago about this kit, and now i get to put a face to the voice. Mark is very knowlegable about the Bearhawks and now after he cleared up my questions, I'm certain i will be ordering one.

windsolarhybridaustralia.x10.mx/forward-impact-damping-seat-harness-structure-concept.jpg Wondering if the floor seat support struts and frame of the seat with the tubesand bags at 4min-02sec (just under 150kg) are built for 200kg weight to inertia deformation for 80kmh frontal directed impact alike modern airline seats specifications. Childrens' weights rate either 1/4 (20kg) or 1/2(50kg) of the standard 80kg FAA passenger, so to make the system deformation impact for them requires pair struts either side (each person) vertical up from the rear lateral frame pipe in the bottom rear of the seat for the shoulder harness to be joined at the tips giving the pipe the ability to bend (levered) forward for the lower weightmaking a 3 seat 50kg person system or a 4 combined rear childrens seat 4x20kg rating , (separate) eight uprights for lower height set shoulder harness. To achieve the same for the waist seat belt level of the children, a pipe vertical down from a bar set lateral across the middle in the back of the seat operates the same way . On impact the pipes are simply bent forward. warning : impact-flex pipe base weld should be as good as the metal it is joined to, toughness rating (not brittle!). *pipe lagging rubber may be a good cover over the pipes (considering the displacement - travel and protrusion after and impact). Could arrange both systems by fitting into the seat 3x50kg and 4x20kg (28 pipe struts total plus one mid mount bar). Each of those 28 mount point pipes should be a semi circle of pipe with both ends welded to the lateral bar.(4 per person 2 uppers - chest 2lowers - waist.
