I see the good, bad and ugly in this shipment- mostly good! But bad that they sent without the float package- big miss- and to me those fuel tanks looked scary with oil canning on the rivet job. Did they leak? Thanks for the great detailed video!

Looking good. Enjoy the build. I found that the wix kit was not very adequate and having extra an3 and an4 hardware in every length through about -20 will speed things up. As well as lots of machine screws. Best of luck. 👍🏼

Any suggestions as to how I can see a Bearhawk 5 in person, talk to a builder, or maybe even get a test ride? I live in the Long Island, NY area.

The 5 place is still relatively new. Not many flying yet. I would recommend going to Oshkosh Wisconsin for the airshow. It is amazing and worth it for so many reasons. Stop by the bearhawk booth. Virgil will show you his 5.

I used torx drive screws on my cub build, hold up a lot better when removing and re-installing over time

I like the idea of going light weight and having the paint, for the most part, already done. Likely going to be Oratex.
