Hi John, I am very interested in knowing how you did the cad tracing? using a scan. How did you achieve the precise measurements? I have a plasma cnc and I was thinking of cutting all my pieces using the plasma cnc instead of the router. Altouh I dont know yet what the finished edges will look like with all the dross cleaning. Great work on your videos... thanks

If you are using any heat treated aluminum, plasma is a bad idea since the heating will affect the properties of your parts around the edges. 6061-T6, 2024-T3 are heat treated...
