are the concerns for Vapo bearing degradation as dire for smaller Sunon fan models [IE 40mm and below] or is most dangerous for larger fans?

hope not, I ended up shooting an email their way to clarify as in my application I'll be using a 30mm one, my plan is to mount it like that, I guess if I have to, ill peel the sticker back and top it off with liquid bearings non patrollium based synthetic oil, so there will be enough inside regardless of its position.
