Jurk sounds ridiculous. Comparing a dropped pass in game vs a 15 yd personal foul finger poke in the face and spending 4 seconds in the last play jerkin off with the crowd is just dumb. If its all about the players why even have coaches then jurk?! Its the coach job to put the BEST players in position to win. You dont put a damn linemen to run on the goal line. You put your best goal line running back in or whoever the hottest rb is for that game and you pound it.

I didn't know you get to start the cardinals game with 6 timeouts in the 1st half??? Mybad, I guess Fluse is a genius huh... why take a timeout to get fresh legs on the field, reiterate everyone's assignments, and make sure all your players are 100% focused... buuuuuuuut why do any of that when you can start the next game with double the timeouts...

Was definitely rooting for Flus as a first time head coach, but from record losses, to poor timeout usage, poor personnel usage, poor game management and hiring incompetent assistants, he's lost many of us. The players were right to make noise about what's going on. Their careers are suffering for the actions and inactions of the people in charge. In retrospect, David Montgomery was right to take similar money to go to a team with better coaching and a real chance at winning.

A Stevenson playing time is punishment is pointless.he doesnt have a history of this behavior. He's been dragged all week and blamed by alot for the lost. Even though the offense didnt show up for 3 quarters. He learned his lesson and was humbled once the game ended.

Actually he does. He’s been penalized many times this year for unsportsmanlike conduct; usually a finger in the face mask of other players. That’s why it needs to be addressed. Getting beat deep happens man. It’s hard to defend an offensive game. But the extra sh it he does is the issue

If someone drops the ball at the 1-yard line, commits that stupid personal foul, celebrates in front of the opponent's bench, you have to do something other than going over fundamentals again, not starting is not important but may get the person's attention because history shows there will be another. I have seen many a starter having a habit of stupid, not listening, not having common sense, etc, that is different from a blown coverage or dropped pass. It is basically a special teams play with roles that the starters do, many who do not have that special team's mindset, undrafted rookies making such mistakes on a special teams play have been cut and may never draw another NFL check, that is what creates that special teams mindset. He is a starter and you will not cut your arm off over it, but you want to do something small to get attention, even starters no longer are starters and do not make teams next year if the stupidity becomes a pattern, and there are players where it is a pattern.

The players have changed, but the results have not. And the coach is the same. He needs to be accountable for his record as a coach and his play selection from the OC isn’t helping.
