Shows how potentially dangerous Frieza can be when he fully unleash/mastered the Black Frieza form to a level that not even Perfected Ultra Instinct and Destroyer Ultra Ego form can match that (either separately or combined). And, hey you know what? What if Gohan really did finds a way to not just maintain the Beast form like it's a natural state. Just like the Super Saiyan Full Power before it? Not just making it a natural state, but also finding a way to improve, enhanced, or evolved it just like any other Super Saiyan forms that has many upgraded forms. Well, Gohan managed to maintain and make it like a (kinda) natural state in the Dragon Ball Super manga. So it does really makes sense how it can rival Frieza's new and dangerous form.

Potentially, Beast Gohan is stronger than Black Frieza in the future. But not right now because Gohan still adapting his form in the DBS manga chapter 102 when fight against Goku in Perfected Ultra Instinct in full potential when he use the True Ultra Instinct in his base like natural as breath. That's why Goku entering Perfected UI with adding all of his emotion like soft expression, angry expression, etc....
