Here's something to help you accept the prophethood of Muhammad ﷺ: 1.When the tribe of the Quraysh asked Prophet ﷺ to give up his preaching of Islam, being offered basically kingship, all the wealth, land and respect he could've wanted.. Prophet ﷺ said that even if he had the sun in his right hand and the moon in his left hand that he would never give up his preaching of Islam! 2. Many islamophobes often say he was a madman, a magician, a liar all for his own gain! If he was a madman, why did the ideas he preached make coherent sense? If he was a magician, it's obvious he would use magic for his own gain! Why didn't he then take the Quraysh tribes offer? If he was a liar, why did even His own enemies call him the most trustworthy and truthful person they'd ever known? 3. Was he just in it for the money, fame, women, and power? If he was, he would again have accepted the Quraysh's offer and ceased his preaching. --------------------------- Br. Hamza Myatt from the EFDawah Channel uses this as a process of elimination in terms of Muhammad ﷺ'S truthfulness. The example is taken from Sherlock Holmes process of elimination. There are only 3 things he could've been. it is: 1. A Liar for worldly gain 2. A confused man 3. A Prophet of God Since he was even known by his own enemies to be the most truthful, the ideas he preached appeal to our fundamental human nature and common sense (fitrah), he couldn't have been a liar for his own gain nor a confused madman! His ideas are 100% coherent. You now must accept his prophethood given the evidence and since all other possibilities have been eliminated. The only option is that he's truly a Prophet of Allah ﷻ.

"Did Jesus have a God?". I think this final question was more powerful than debating the logic of trinity, as people can dismiss objections based on whether God can occur in different forms. But the "Did Jesus have a God" question is more straight to the point, and there isn't a how-ness issue to it.

The big problem with most Christians or Catholics is that they believe that Jesus is God, other people don't believe in Christ because their ancestor killed him, so how can they accept their Guilt? Christ is in Union with God so that we on earth can be in union with them, Christ and our Father (The Creator) our Supreme and only God. --John 4 20-24-- 20 Our forefathers worshipped on this mountain, but you people say that in Jerusalem is the place where people must worship.” 21 Jesus said to her: “Believe me, woman, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father. 22 You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, because salvation begins with the Jews. 23 Nevertheless, the hour is coming, and it is now, when the true worshippers will worship the Father with spirit and truth, for indeed, the Father is looking for ones like these to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit, and those worshipping him must worship with --spirit and TRUTH--.” ---John 14-- 15 “If you love me, you will observe my commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father and he will give you another helper to be with you forever, 17 the spirit of the truth, which the world cannot receive, because it neither sees it nor knows it. You know it, because it remains with you and is in you. 18 I will not leave you bereaved. I am coming to you.w 19 In a little while the world will see me no more, but you will see me, because I live and you will live. 20 In that day you will know that I am in union with my Father and you are in union with me and I am in union with you. 21 Whoever has my commandments and observes them is the one who loves me. In turn, whoever loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and will clearly show myself to him.” 22 Judas,a not Is·carʹi·ot, said to him: “Lord, what has happened that you intend to show yourself clearly to us and not to the world?” 23 In answer Jesus said to him: “If anyone loves me, he will observe my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our dwelling with him. 24 Whoever does not love me does not observe my words. The word that you are hearing is not mine, but belongs to the Father who sent me. 25 “I have spoken these things to you while I am still with you. 26 But the helper, the holy spirit, which the Father will send in my name, that one will teach you all things and bring back to your minds all the things I told you. 27 I leave you peace; I give you my peace. I do not give it to you the way that the world gives it. Do not let your hearts be troubled nor let them shrink out of fear. 28 You heard that I said to you, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I am. 29 So now I have told you before it occurs, so that you may believe when it does occur. 30 I will not speak with you much more, for the ruler of the world is coming, and he has no hold on me. 31 But for the world to know that I love the Father, I am doing just as the Father has commanded me to do. Get up, let us go from here. --John 17 23-26-- 20 “I make request, not concerning these only, but also concerning those putting faith in me through their word, 21 so that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in union with me and I am in union with you, that they also may be in union with us, so that the world may believe that you sent me. 22 I have given them the glory that you have given me, in order that they may be one just as we are one. 23 I in union with them and you in union with me, in order that they may be perfected into one, I so that the world may know that you sent me and that you loved them just as you loved me. 24 Father, I want those whom you have given me to be with me where I am, in order that they may look upon my glory that you have given me, because you loved me before the founding of the world. 25 Righteous Father, the world has, indeed, not come to know you, but I know you, and these have come to know that you sent me. 26 I have made your name known to them and will make it known, So that the love with which you loved me may be in them and I in union with them.”

@anonymousdevote17884 жыл бұрын
To address the question about why Jesus said “no one knows the hour, but the Father”-Matthew24:36? Well not only was Jesus speaking from the position of His pre-resurrected HUMAN self, within the hypostatic union, by which He voluntarily LIMITED Himself in HUMAN form, “though He was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but EMPTIED Himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross”-Philippians2:6-8, because Jesus obviously had to become a man “to fulfill the law” in being sinless, “without blemish”, being sacrificed as a man to redeem man, reconciling us back to God by taking the place of man on the cross, He “became flesh and blood. For only as a human being could He die, and only by dying could He break the power of the devil, who had the power of death”-Hebrews2:14. “He had to be made like His brothers in every respect, so that He might become a merciful and faithful high priest in the service of God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people”-Hebrews2:17. So clearly there is a reason He had to be manifested in human form, but at the same time still retained His divinity. But as a man, He could experience hunger, fatigue, grief, pain and even possessed only a certain level of knowledge as the Bible mentioned when He was younger He “increased in wisdom and stature”-Luke2:52 but more importantly there is also a parable Jesus mentions right after speaking about the rapture in Matthew 25 which contains cultural meaning and significance pertaining to the rapture and the question of why Jesus said what He said. The parable was about the “10 virgins or Jewish wedding feast”, which brings into context the ritual of how a bride & groom would be married in those days. The union was always prearranged involving a number of stages, though everyone knew about the time the wedding would take place, out of RESPECT TO THE FATHER of the groom, it was naturally SAID that the father KNEW and had the AUTHORITY to give the final word for when the bridegroom would go and retrieve his bride. And as we know, Jesus is considered the bridegroom and the church His bride, which is why Jesus said what He said and RESPECTFULLY SUBMITS to the AUTHORITY of the Father within the Triune Godhead... But as I know most muslims and all those outside the Christian faith, even some “Christians”, have a hard time grasping the concept of the “Trinity” and Jesus’ “dual nature”, which is understandable because we are FINITE beings trying to understand an INFINITE God, though I will attempt to explain it so hopefully you will take the time to read and possibly understand why “the one true God” Jesus speaks about is also HIMSELF... I see and realize the muslims misconceptions for all these “biblical controversial topics” stem from the way Jesus spoke and how it’s interpreted by you all who don’t believe in the Triune Godhead because if we were to take everything Jesus said literally and “plainly” without taking the”Trinity” & Jesus’ dual nature into consideration, it would be hard to understand His word CORRECTLY, for example like our unfortunate catholic friends who believe the bread & wine in the last supper and communion was & is in essence His actual body & blood through “transubstantiation” because Jesus said the bread an wine was His body and blood. Well He also said He was “the door” & “the vine” but we don’t actually believe He’s those things because we can understand the meaning of what He says and why He says it. So Jesus when speaking about Himself even often SPOKE IN THE THIRD PERSON, which is an unusual way of speaking for most and would sound like He’s talking about some other person named Jesus, but if He worded things in that way I would also expect Him to speak about God the Father & God the Holy Spirit in the same manner, even though they are all ONE & all GOD, wouldn’t you agree? Which I think is what causes a level of confusion for some, as I know in many verses it may seem Jesus refers to God the Father as being separate or somehow unequal with Him, but if we compare & contrast parallel verses, then we can see how Jesus says He is also FULLY God without literally saying it, as I see most seem to want to simply hear. I’ll start with some verses and I’ll use the Berean Literal Bible translation because I would say it’s the closest word for word English translation to the original Greek manuscript for the New Testament. In one verse it says,”Now all things are of GOD, THE ONE having reconciled us to HIMSELF THROUGH CHRIST”-2Corinthians5:18 So obviously from this verse it seems that we are merely reconciled to God through Jesus. But would you say these next verses reveal a little more? “And HE is before all things, and in HIM all things hold together. And HE is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, firstborn out from the dead, so that HE might be holding preeminence in all things, because all the fullness was pleased to dwell in HIM, and BY HIM to reconcile all things to HIMSELF, having made peace by the blood of HIS cross through HIM, whether the things on the earth or the things in the heavens”-Colossians1:17-20 In these verses it seems to say He(Jesus) is reconciling us to Himself(God) through Himself, so considering the first verse, we can infer that Jesus is ALSO God wouldn’t you agree? Another example is in the scripture talking about the resurrection as you probably know the Bible says,”GOD raised Him from the dead”-Acts13:30 and “GOD raised Him up again, putting an end to the agony of death”-Acts2:24, so clearly GOD raised Jesus from the dead correct? But Jesus also said, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I WILL RAISE IT UP”-John2:19. As He said “I”, clearly He HIMSELF will raise HIMSELF up, I would conclude He is also claiming to be God HIMSELF here, according to the previous verses wouldn’t you agree? And another example is when Jesus spoke to the rich young ruler who came to Jesus calling Him “GOOD Teacher”, but Jesus replied,”Why do you call Me good? No one is GOOD except GOD alone”-Mark10:18. I know many tend to use this verse to show Jesus was saying He’s not God, but I actually believe it ultimately says the total opposite because I believe in this instance Jesus, from the position of His human nature since He was fully man & fully God, was merely attempting to teach us & the rich young ruler, who was self-righteous, how we as man are not to see ourselves as “good” because righteousness can only come from & through God,”’As it is written:”There is none righteous, not even one’”-Romans3:10. So Jesus wasn’t saying He wasn’t good, because He clearly PROCLAIMS He is “the GOOD Shepherd”-John10:11, which is why we can then conclude from the previous verse that SINCE He is claiming to be good, He is also claiming to be God, wouldn’t you agree? So taking all these verses into account, I would say that Jesus, in a humble way that I actually respect, is claiming to be God without actually literally saying He is God, as most would expect or want to hear... And some might also ask why does Jesus also say to pray to the Father, including saying “hallowed be THY NAME”? Well Jesus also says here, “whatever you ask IN MY NAME, THIS I WILL DO, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. IF YOU ASK ME ANYTHING IN MY NAME, I WILL DO IT”-John14:13-14 but if one might say, it’s only to glorify the Father, I would say the Father is also capable of glorifying the Son as it says here, “Father, GLORIFY ME together with Yourself, with THE GLORY which I HAD WITH YOU BEFORE THE WORLD WAS”-John17:5, so they glorify EACH OTHER. And though Jesus says hallowed be “the Father’s” name, it also says in Philippians2:9 that “God also highly EXALTED HIM, and granted to Him THE NAME ABOVE EVERY NAME”. And Jesus also said ALL SHOULD HONOR THE SON EVEN AS THEY HONOR THE FATHER”-John5:23. So we see that there is clearly an EQUALITY between the Father and the Son, though God the Son is in submission to God the Father in role, it doesn’t make Him any less “GOD” than the Father in essence because “in Him all the fullness of the Deity dwells bodily”-Colossians2:9. Which we can, in a way, understand through the similar relationship between man & woman in how man is the head of woman, being distinct in role yet both equal in nature & made to become”one flesh”-Matthew19:4, as “Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of the woman, and the head of Christ is God”-1Corinthians11:3. God the Father is the head of Christ being distinct in role yet co-equal & one in essence... And lastly, Jesus possesses all the attributes of God: He's ETERNAL - Jesus says, “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”-Revelation 1:8 He's OMNIPOTENT - “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth" -Matthew 28:18 and He “upholds all things by the word of His power”-Hebrews 1:3 He's OMNIPRESENT - "I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”-Matthew 28:20 He's OMNISCIENT - "Lord, You know all things" -John 21:17, and since “all judgment is given to the Son” -John 5:22, to be able to “JUDGE”, He would have to know all things including the thoughts and intentions of our everyones heart, as Jesus showed time and time again (Matthew9:4&12:25,Mark2:8,Luke6:8) He's IMMUTABLE & UNCHANGING - "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever"- Hebrews 13:8 He's HOLY - “Who committed no sin, Nor was deceit found in His mouth” - 1Peter 2:22 I pray you all will eventually see the TRUTH, in Jesus name 🙏🏼 amen...

@@yaquboulhadj4510 I'm sorry you aren't able to see THE TRUTH which is NOT A RELIGION, it's simply a RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD through JESUS CHRIST because Islam, WHICH IS A RELIGION, is all you have known to believe since you were a child and unfortunately you can't see the problem with your "religion". The problem you all have is that what you are supposed to believe CONTRADICTS itself. Let me explain... Do you believe God, or "allah" as you say, can preserve His word throughout the years no matter what? I think you would say yes since you believe somehow the qur'an was perfectly preserved word by word though it was only passed down VOCALLY for over 200 years then finally written down after that which is a miracle to believe but since you believe this is possible, I would guess that you believe God can preserve anything He wants His followers to have and read yes? Ok, well then how can you who are in the "Islamic religion" claim the bible is corrupt when your "Six Articles of Faith" says you have to believe in Gospel and the Torah? You either have to accept the Gospel and the Torah that we have today or you have to reject the "Six Articles of Faith" of your religion... I pray you JUST ACCEPT THE OBVIOUS TRUTH and "REPENT and BELIEVE IN THE GOSPEL" -Mark1:15 before it's too late my friend, the time is ticking and your soul is at stake 🙏 Let me leave you with these short videos with many verses in the new and even in the old Testament, that show that God is a "Triune God", 3 persons in one. The history of the Bible Christianity and the trinity. Jesus his message what he said what his disciples knew of what he taught and his brother James only survived 70 years after his death. Jesus spoke Aramaic which cannot be translated directly into any other language. As most Semitic languages are so rich and deep in meaning other languages are not strong enough to carry its words. What you have is the Greek which is the commentary of what Paul taught. Translated into Latin and then into English. Completely watered down from the teaching of Paul even. Has nothing to do with the teaching of Jesus Christ. Paul who persecuted Christians allegedly have his vision on the road to Damascus. In this Vision he saw Jesus as being the Son of God equal to God God in the flash dying for our sins. Being crucified and Resurrected. So he began to spread this message in his life he's supposedly traveled some 10000 miles on Camel and foot spreading this message. Paul who never met Jesus walked or talked or heard Jesus. The early followers of Jesus believed in the oneness of God and that Jesus was a prophet and messenger of God. Paul's teaching became What modern day Christians believe because of Constantine. Constantine was also persecuting Christians and feeding them to the Lions. Then allegedly he had his vision and became a Christian. So he gathered all the church leaders and the Bishops to the Council of nicaea. To discuss who Jesus was whether or not he was the son of God equal to God God In The Flesh died on the cross and was resurrected. This is some 315 years after Jesus. After they argued and debated for weeks. Constantine approved the teaching of Paul. We have nothing of what Jesus said in the language that he spoke from him or his disciples. The emperor Constantine had any documents Scrolls or manuscripts that went against the teaching of Paul that he decided would be the Roman Catholic Church core Doctrine. He had them destroyed. Those who still had any of the teaching of Christ that there is only one God and that he was a prophet and messenger of God. They tried to hide as much as they could. The oldest thing that we can found is the Dead Sea Scrolls which doesn't agree with the trinity. 17 out of 27 books of the New Testament can be attributed to the teaching of Paul. The authors of the New Testament were assigned by Constantine at the time of Constantine and then you have the King James version who was written down by his scribes. What you have today is not the teaching of Jesus. But the teaching of Paul. And I would argue that he is a false prophet. And that you are believing teachings that are not of Jesus Christ. There is only one God and that Jesus is a prophet messenger of God is the truth sorry if it hurt your feelings.

read and know who is Jesus for good in Quran Surat Al-Nisaa : (171) O People of the Scripture, do not commit excess in your religion or say about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs. (172) Never would the Messiah disdain to be a servant of Allah, nor would the angels near [to Him]. And whoever disdains His worship and is arrogant - He will gather them to Himself all together. (173) And as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, He will give them in full their rewards and grant them extra from His bounty. But as for those who disdained and were arrogant, He will punish them with a painful punishment, and they will not find for themselves besides Allah any protector or helper. (174) O mankind, there has come to you a conclusive proof from your Lord, and We have sent down to you a clear light. (175) So those who believe in Allah and hold fast to Him - He will admit them to mercy from Himself and bounty and guide them to Himself on a straight path

I will prove from the scriptures who Jesus really was without a shadow of doubt. God is a Spirit, God was manifested in the flesh of Jesus. The flesh side of Jesus was limited to the order of mankind, therefore the flesh side of Jesus did not know the time or the hour, concerning end times. The Spirit side of Jesus did all the miracles, such as walking on water, heal the sick, raise the dead. Jhn 10:37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.Jhn 10:38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him. JESUS WASN'T CRYING OUT TO GOD, JESUS WAS QUOTING THE PSALMS OF DAVID. V Psa 22:1 [[To the chief Musician upon Aijeleth Shahar, A Psalm of David.]] My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? v Mat 27:46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me. JESUS IS TRULY GOD v Exodus 3:13-14 And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them? And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. Direct application. v Jhn 8:57-58 Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham? Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I AM. JESUS DID SAY HE WAS GOD. v Jhn 14:8-9 Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.” Jesus answered: “Don't you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father'? JESUS DID SAY WORSHIP ME. v Mat 28:9 And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, JESUS MET THEM, SAYING, ALL HAIL. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. v Mat 28:11 And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. JESUS WAS GOD. V Isa 45:21 Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. V Luk 2:11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the LORD. v Col:2-9 For in Jesus dwelleth ALL THE FULLNESS OF THE GODHEAD BODILY. v 2Cr 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. v And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. 1 Timothy 3:16 v Isa 9:6-7 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. JESUS MET ABRAHAM AS GOD. V Jhn 8:56-59 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham? Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I AM. Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by. A DIRECT APPLICATION, JESUS DID MEET ABRAHAM. V Gen 18:1-33 The LORD appeared to Abraham near the great trees of Mamre while he was sitting at the entrance to his tent in the heat of the day. Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground. He said, “If I have found favor in your eyes, my lord, do not pass your servant by. Let a little water be brought, and then you may all wash your feet and rest under this tree. Let me get you something to eat, so you can be refreshed and then go on your way-now that you have come to your servant.” “Very well,” they answered, “do as you say.” So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah. “Quick,” he said, “get three seahs of the finest flour and knead it and bake some bread.” Then he ran to the herd and selected a choice, tender calf and gave it to a servant, who hurried to prepare it. He then brought some curds and milk and the calf that had been prepared, and set these before them. While they ate, he stood near them under a tree. “Where is your wife Sarah?” they asked him. “There, in the tent,” he said. Then one of them said, “I will surely return to you about this time next year, and Sarah your wife will have a son.” Now Sarah was listening at the entrance to the tent, which was behind him. Abraham and Sarah were already very old, and Sarah was past the age of childbearing. So Sarah laughed to herself as she thought, “After I am worn out and my lord is old, will I now have this pleasure?” Then the LORD said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh and say, ‘Will I really have a child, now that I am old?’ Is anything too hard for the LORD? I will return to you at the appointed time next year, and Sarah will have a son.” Sarah was afraid, so she lied and said, “I did not laugh.” But he said, “Yes, you did laugh.” When the men got up to leave, they looked down toward Sodom, and Abraham walked along with them to see them on their way. Then the LORD said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do? Abraham will surely become a great and powerful nation, and all nations on earth will be blessed through him. For I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of the LORD by doing what is right and just, so that the LORD will bring about for Abraham what he has promised him.” Then the LORD said, “The outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is so great and their sin so grievous that I will go down and see if what they have done is as bad as the outcry that has reached me. If not, I will know.” The men turned away and went toward Sodom, but Abraham remained standing before the LORD. Then Abraham approached him and said: “Will you sweep away the righteous with the wicked? What if there are fifty righteous people in the city? Will you really sweep it away and not spare the place for the sake of the fifty righteous people in it? Far be it from you to do such a thing-to kill the righteous with the wicked, treating the righteous and the wicked alike. Far be it from you! Will not the Judge of all the earth do right?” The LORD said, “If I find fifty righteous people in the city of Sodom, I will spare the whole place for their sake.” Then Abraham spoke up again: “Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the Lord, though I am nothing but dust and ashes, what if the number of the righteous is five less than fifty? Will you destroy the whole city for lack of five people?” “If I find forty-five there,” he said, “I will not destroy it.” Once again he spoke to him, “What if only forty are found there?” He said, “For the sake of forty, I will not do it.” Then he said, “May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak. What if only thirty can be found there?” He answered, “I will not do it if I find thirty there.” Abraham said, “Now that I have been so bold⅚ as to speak to the Lord, what if only twenty can be found there?” He said, “For the sake of twenty, I will not destroy it.” Then he said, “May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak just once more. What if only ten can be found there?” He answered, “For the sake of ten, I will not destroy it.” When the LORD had finished speaking with Abraham, he left, and Abraham returned home.
