This was such an easy match for Thor that it was almost embarrassing. Didn't Eddie even learn the basics in 2 years?? His style is totally pathetic and he was lucky to not be knocked down cold, Thor was going easy on him just torturing him slowly. Eddie was waiting for a sucker punch the whole match but since that didn't happen he looked rather pathetic as a boxer with his hands down and some very strange postures.

This will be a sloppy disaster. Eddie will be out of gas midway through the 2nd round. Thor at least has trained properly and worked on being in control of his punches. I'd like to see it too, I think the biggest issue is that Thor simply never apologised for the 2017 shenanigans which he was completely in the wrong for. I love both athletes and think they are fantastic but Eddie won WSM2017 fair and square.

Eddie, you probably won’t see this, but the best way to clear any sort of infection on your chest is a technique called the AD (autogenic drainage) technique. Look it up.

My one advice to you Eddie, from someone who has done public fights himself and been around it. This is a new experience for you, when it comes to the time, it'll feel big and you will be adrenalized.. my only advice would be to not go crazy in the first round... breathe.. stay relaxed...centred.. have a good round.. find out what he's about... try one or two things out and with fast movement...and then stretch out a bit second round etc... It would be very easy for both men, in this big occasion, especially when hit once or twice, to go nuts and guys like this can get out of breath quickly, it's a different thing in the ring! It's up to you not to be a part of that Eddie, be the smart one, the one with real faith in themselves to use technique and breath and smarts. Channel a young Mike Tyson Eddie :) One thing I think about Thor, he won't like being hit, that sounds stupid like who likes getting hit? But I really think he won't react well when hit hard and I think being hit would just make Eddie more determined! ;) I'll be watching big lad, do us proud! (((hug)))

Eddie did an exhibition boxing match some years ago. There's a video of it on KZbin. As for Thor he looks like he's been training getting hit some in his sparring so he won't be totally unprepared for it.

@@jamesnm21 Neither of those will be full preparation. It will be a big new occasion for both and they will be adrenalized. An exhibition match isn't the same as this and getting hit from a friendly sparring partner is not the same.. I've seen many first time proper public fights and a lot of the guys forget years of training in an instant and run at each other flailing punches! Generally speaking I'd say Eddie should fight like a young Mike Tyson and Thor should fight like Wladimir Klitschko (jab and grab!). I don't think it's going to be the most technical fight I've ever seen but I hope Eddie can stay tight and smart! I'll be watching with the lads! :)

@@tomr1056 well Thor has had 3 matches so far. He looked a little sloppy in them but he didn't forget his training entirely. However if emotions get into it that might happen. But these are professional sportsmen who've trained their whole lives and performed on big stages many times before. They're not you're average joe so I expect they'll keep it together fairly decent until they get completely gassed anyway. Lol.
